Port O'Call Apartments

No longer worth the money with recent rent increases, especially with how outdated the buildings and appliances are. AC units are old as hell and expensive to run. Ill be looking elsewhere.

They will raise your rent every year significantly for your crappy apartments that are going on 50 years. They enjoy controlling any aspect of your life that they can. Live here if the idea of leaving work and coming home to a stake office setting where the manager micromanages you appeals to you.

Been here going on 7 years. It’s nice and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff are always on top of things when something needs fixed. My grandson loves the pool and the pond and of course the play area.

....and still living at Port O Call Apartments! Did you know they have townhouse living quarters too? Great staff, the best maintenance crew and quiet living! Come look for yourself....

My husband and I have lived here for more than 6 years. Starting in a one bedroom and then transitioning into a two bedroom. The maintenance has been better then any place either of us have ever been. They are nice and friendly but also take care of the problem the same day, often coming within an hour of calling. We love the pond, pool, and whole neighborhood. 5/5 would recommend Port O Call Apartments. Between the price, maintenance, and area you will not find a better place around.

I absolutely love Port O call apartments! They keep your apartment fixed and cleaned with things that need it and they keep the apartments outside alone maintained! I have been here for over a year and it’s great! Very well located as well!

I love living here everything is convenient around town People here are friendly, I have been here 3 years, love the pool, and the best part I don’t have to do any maintenance, we have 2 guys that are great and very efficient any problems and they address things immediately. All in all a great place to live

We have lived in a lot of apartments over the years and Port O' Call is easily the best. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. When you have a maintenance issue, they usually come the same day or the next. It's very quiet with lots of families. The staff does a great job keeping the property clean and tidy looking. The apartments are a little dated but they're neutral enough that it's not that noticeable. Really we have nothing at all negative to say about Port O' Call. It's great!

Moved in on Feb 18th and it has been a great experience thus far! Friendly community.

peaceful/quiet neighborhood, affordable rent, great location - close to 469 and within 30 minutes of basically anywhere in Fort Wayne. maintenance responds quickly - I've only had a few minor issues in the 3.5 years I've been here, but they respond within a day each time.

Staff is super friendly. Maintenance is helpful around the clock. My kids have the best time at the park and pool. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Absolutely stellar customer service, efficient maintenance service and provision of safety combined with a quiet neighborhood is why I choose to call it home!

I absolutely love Port o Call ! It's so peaceful here. I very much enjoy using the pool in the summer! Maintenance is great too. Any issue I've ever had has always been addressed in a very timely manner. And the fellas, Dave and Aaron are super nice! I would, and have, recommend Port o Call to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I’ve lived here 3 different years! 2014 2015 2021 and now 2022. Safe and quiet area! Outdated cabinetry and finishing but affordable for a single momma!

Port O'Call Apartments is a great place to live because of the peaceful atmosphere, the helpful office staff and maintenance staff take care of any issue I have had within the same day! I think the thing I like most about living here is the grounds look beautiful with the fountain in the pond and the grass always kept mowed and looking good!

I've been here 5 years and I have loved it. The rent is inexpensive, the grounds are excellent and they have a great staff. I'm only moving out because I bought a house, but I would definitely recommend Port O'Call if you are needing a nice apartment to live in and you don't want to pay a ton of money.

I have lived at Port O'Call Apartments for 3 years now, with my wife and it has been an enjoyable time. We are both students at Indiana Tech and it has been very convenient to our school. There are nice people, maintenance fixes any problems very quick and the people in the office are nice and helpful. We have enjoyed living here.

As a Tenant of 7 months now, I'm happy here. Maintenance and office staff have always been responsive and helpful every time I had an issue or question. The complex is nicely laid out. I feel safe walking after midnight.

We have loved living here at Port O'Call. It is a good location, they have great prices and it is very nice and clean. The service is also very good. The office staff are friendly and go out of their way to help all of us out. For example; When we went on vacation and were notified that a package was left outside our door we called the office and Shelly went over and got it for us, took it back to the office so that we could pick it up when we returned home. The maintenance gentleman is spectacular, always gets our requests completed quickly, and efficiently.

The ladies in the office are super sweet and always go out of their way to make sure we are happy here. The maintenance man is very quick to fix anything that has ever gone wrong. These are the best apartments in New Haven. They are nice, quiet and our neighbors are great. I would definately refer my friends here if they needed a place to move in to. The grounds always look nice and we had a great time at the pool this summer.

Port O' Call Apts is the place to be! The environment is family and pet friendly. The helpful staff is quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Let me tell you the maintenance staff is top notch! All of them are very knowledgeable in their craft. Dave, the supervisor of the maintenance staff has really done a great job in maintaining the grounds and apts. Kristie and Shelli are wonderful people and are more than happy to assist you, anything from just looking at the model if you are a future resident to if you have been living on the property for 30 years.

We have lived here for 6 months and had only 1 maintenance problem. The maintenance man was here the same day and fixed the disposal that was clogged up. All the staff members are very nice and seem to go out of their way to help people out. We think this is a great place to live. It feels like home.

Living at Port O'Call has given me peace of mind because I know I never have to worry about anything. If something is broken Dave or the other Maintenance man are always quick to fix it. If I ever need anything I can call the office and talk to them and they always make me feel safe and secure. I love living here. I like the pool and can even take my son fishing over in our pond. It has been a great place to live.

I have lived here for 6 years but have to move out because I need assistance and I am very sad to be leaving. I love my apartment and my neighbors. The property is kept very nicely. The mowing crew mow weekly and the yards are clean. The office workers are very nice and helpful and the maintenance people are quick and the head maintenance man can fix just about anything. I have loved living here for the past 6 years this has been a wonderful home.

I really appreciate the staff here. The office workers always are friendly, and go out of their way to help the residents. The Maintenance staff is quick, effecient and friendly. The lead maintenance man has been here for a very long time and he always has been on top of any issues I've had and comes quickly to fix any problems I might have in my apartment. Well my grandma's ac went out and they said they would get to it monday because its not an emergency! She is over 50 and her apartment is currently setting at 84 degrees! Also their rent has raised 20.00 every year at lease signing suppousedly due to "water rates" this is obserd when the other company owned this and Holly was in the office this was NOT an issue!

Living at Port O' Call Apartments has been such a delightful experience! Perfectly located near excellent East Allen Count Schools, the river trail walkway, and multiple access points into Fort Wayne. Peacefully quiet, neighbor friendly, and professionally managed are the best things I love about this community. The pool is well maintained and a cool relaxing place to go on the hot summer days. The pond is well stocked with fish for the little ones to experience the joy of catching their 1st bite. Officers drive through regularly and monitor the grounds to keep the trouble away. I love it here. It's been a great place to raise my daughter and meet wonderful neighbors. When it comes to fixing any issues you have, the maintenance staff here are the best!!! Experience that spans multiple decades, these guys set the bar of quality and professionalism.

I have lived at Port O' Call for 9 years. The management team, Shelli & Kristie, have always been professional, friendly and go out of their way to help me with any issues I've had. All of my issues, which are few, have been addressed in a timely manner and with consideration to my personal schedule. As for the Maintenance Crew? They are the best I've ever seen! Their crew chief, Dave, has been working here for over 25 years. That in itself says a lot! Good, clean and proficient work is their motto. I'm never moving. Daniel Aponte

I moved into Port O' Call Apartments six years ago. The maintenance staff is very good. They fix anything that goes wrong in my apartment and don't take too much time to do it. Dave and Marshall will do anything they can for you. The office staff are very nice people. It is just one happy family. It is a very nice community and you don't have all the crime. I'm hoping to finish the rest of my life right here at Port O' Call Apartments.

Living at an apartment complex can sometimes be challenging because so many people come and go in a small area. Port O' Call is the exception as it a very quiet community. I like that it is off the main drag and you don't have cars driving by your house all the time, it is very private and the pond and trees are nice. I like my apartment it has more space than most of the one bedrooms in my price range. The best part is when I did need something fixed it was done the same day! Wow

Maintenance was very prompt and on time with fixing our garbage disposal, the staff was very helpful AND NICE. They actually answer the phone! I love the pool in the summer! The area is quite and traffic is never an issue when going to and from work.

Port o'Call apartments is the only place I know that seems to value complaints. If you get no complaints told to you in a year, don't be surprised if your lease doesn't get renewed

I have lived in Port O Call for 2 years. I enjoy it. The pool is nice in the summer--it is very clean and inviting. I have a balcony on the second floor, and I spend most of my summer days out on it. Snow removal in winter is a little slow, but overall the maintenance crew is great.

the door ways are only 24 inches wide and there is no dish washer in one bedroom apts. These concerns are the reason I am staying at Cameron Courts Apts.
