So far so good any problems I had they took care of right away so far I’m on my 2nd lease staff and maintenance workers have been nice & respectful
I think the bustling is really nice, the location and the staff are a dream! My favorite thing is the gym and work center, its never crowded and when people are there they are very friendly
My experience is amazing. The people are wonderful. The are is beautiful. I love the fact that anything you need is close in proximity to home.
It is a wonderful place to live. The maintenance personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. If there is an issue it is resolved promptly. The managing staff try to help with the working of the system. Good neighborhood.
We enjoy the place and got a good rate. But moving in was hectic as they required cashiers check and renters insurance on day one to lock in rate and get keys.
Excellent service from the maintenance team. Always timely and competent service. Always completed in the first visit. Always friendly and helpful.

I have been without working air conditioning for 7 weeks. Using portable AC which are taped to the windows with duct tape and frequently come undone by the temperature of the connecting hoses. At times the temperature has been up to 87 degrees in my apartment. Unable to use the stove or guest room as a result of the heat. Having to come home from work midday to check on my pets and make sure the portable AC has not come undone. Unable to travel as I can’t leave my pets all day in an apartment with intermittent AC when it’s 95 degrees out. Spent Two nights without AC and was unable to sleep as the apartment temperature was in the 80s and had to report to work in the morning. Very demoralized by this situation.

I lived at this property for a little over a year. Pros: •Security- you need a key fob to access the building, elevators, and the upper levels of the garage. •Easy access to I-95 and Downtown Baltimore. •Walkability & Location- selection of multiple businesses and parks within walking distance. Cons: •Building Quality-Even though it is a newer building, it is cheaply built, poor noise insulation between apartments, sloppy finishes. •Maintenance- I experienced a rodent issue within the first 3 months of living there, where they had to patch up holes under the bathroom sink. It took maintenance over a week to respond to the request. One maintenance request was ignored entirely after following up several times. •The garage gate system repeatedly malfunctioned, at times not being able to enter the top floors and having trouble leaving. At the same time, they increased the price for daily guest parking with no reasonable explanation. •Even though it is a newer building, the HVAC system consistently malfunctioned resulting in not being to use AC and Heating at critical times.

The entire touring and lease application process was smooth and worry-free. Brandi- the leasing agent I worked with was very warm and welcoming. The lobby and common areas are always very clean, warm, and welcoming. The location is prime with a Harris Teeter across the street.

Excellent location, centrally located to shopping, eating and many things to do. The staff is very professional and go out of their way to assist the residents. The complex is always clean, inviting and quite. I must say, selecting Porter Street Apt was a GOOD choice.

I have lived here since August and have had multiple issues with the leasing office that I'm not even sure where to start. Prior to even moving in, I basically had to harass the leasing office via phone/email/in person to get our lease sent to us. It was eventually sent the day before we moved in and it didn't even have the correct monthly rent amount, resulting in us signing the lease days after we moved in. I'm not sure how a lease isn't a priority to them? And thank god I was off work the day before our move in which was inspection day, because the cleaning people did such a terrible job that I had management make them come back twice to actually clean. It was so stressful dealing with the leasing office before moving in that I guess I shouldn't be shocked they still suck now. I've never dealt with such an incompetent leasing office. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone about an issue I reported almost 2 weeks ago.......

It's like living in a fancy hotel!! I love it. I've always walked by the building and thought "this would be a nice place to live." I love where I live, the amenities could be better compared to other properties in the area. A big selling point for me moving here was paying rent and having everything including. However Im very concerned about renewal and the fact that most likely Ill be leaving Porter Street to live on the other side of Fort Ave. The anthem house seems a bit more secure, with some better amenities.

We love living at Porter Street! The Management team and Maintenance team is so helpful and friendly. The amenities are amazing, and the cleaning crew has done a great job keeping them clean during COVID. The location is unbelievable - quiet and away from the nightlife, but also close enough to everything if you'd like to go out. We plan on staying here for a few more years, we love it that much.

I have loved my first month at Porter Street! Everything is clean and well taken care of. The staff is amazing, and there is definitely a sense of community among the residents. Great place to live.
Porter Street is the perfect place to rent your next apartment. The staff are great and host monthly events for you to meet your neighbors. Lots of fun giveaways. The apartments are nice with lots of options to choose from and the all inclusive has been wonderful. Parking is great and the convenience to go to the grocery store too. Im really happy with our decision.
From the day we stepped foot on the property, it's been an amazing experience. It's a great and wonderful apartment I have ever seen. From beginning to end, the move in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The leasing agents are super helpful and very nice. I can tell that they truly care about the community and those that live here.
Once the facility has settled in and worked out the kinks in managing a property like this, it should be a nice area. It is important to note the sound issues at this property mostly arise from the people using the softball fields across the street, which management and the landlord have not yet been able to address - despite apparently also owning the fields. Even if they don't, you would expect a luxury building to reach out and address problems with a neighboring property so residents can enjoy quietly.
Porter Street staff is amazing and very responsive to resident needs! The location is perfect for dog owners while also being very accessible to almost anything you need.
I moved to the city 11 months ago for my first time. Porter Street Apartments exceeds my expectations. It's been a great experience and I don't want to ever leave.

Overall, so far my experience at Porter Street has been amazing! The location is perfect for my needs and the security of the building and parking is great addition! The all-inclusive package is also very manageable and was a big selling point in leasing!
