Everything works well, partly due to our excellent maintenance team, and issues are addressed readily and graciously. Our pet population is Wonderful and generously shared with all. Access to I-5 Is easy; we are on a regular Smart Bus route and ample parking is available for residents here. Whats not to like??!

Exceptional home living!
Every detail of comfortable daily living has been considered in the design and function of this beautiful property. We feel like we are on vacation, in a safe & positive environment where residents greet each other and gather at one of the many lovely areas. The staff are attentive & efficient with any needs and are proactive in assessing/communicating actions. We were so lucky to find this truly wonderful place to call home in Oregon. One other note, it is not common to find air conditioning and elevators in this market, (which make moving in very easy). Also the sun deck offers stunning sunsets & comfortable meeting areas with excellent grills for making favorite meals.

I am really happy living in a 55 and older apartment building---nice to have the different ages. Portera is a lovely apartment building, beautifully maintained and decorated, along with very nicely landscaped. The staff at Portera are excellent.

Portera is absolutely the best .We never thought living in a apartment is such a delight . The management are one of a kind , can't say enough how well they treat their resident . Maintenance and management, are the crew That make the place warm and inviting . It is absolutely divine !

Every city should have a Portera. It is exceptional for us older folks (55 ) to live in a safe, lovely. quiet space designed and dedicated to our demographic. Portera is a transitional lifestyle between selling our own home and going into an assisted living. Still independent without the responsibilities!

After 3 years here I am still a very happy camper in this conveniently located well appointed apartment building. My issues are very few and always resolved asap. All rules and regulations are appropriate for congregate living. The lobby is staffed 7 days a week; the elevators are well positioned, and the outside entry phone and access codes add to our security.

Portera at The Grove is the nicest apartment complex in which I have ever lived. Ive been here 5 years and have enjoyed every aspect. Management is outstanding and go out of their way to help. They are considerate, knowledgeable and pleasant. There are many activities and special occasions, which give one the chance to meet and make friends. Portera is the best for 55 individuals.

Portera at the Grove may look like so many other apartment buildings but after 4 years of living here I declare it is exceptional. It all starts with our management team of Karen and Maril and transfers directly to our maintenance team. Any disfunction is quickly remedied, and Saturday news letters and elevator posting updates keep us well informed and chuckling. Thanks Portera!!! 10/29/20
