I have been living in Portofino Townhomes for almost 3 years now. The best place I have ever rented at. The management and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Stacey helped me with figuring out the best unit and the best moving date for me and my daughter. The community is very friendly and we feel very secure with it being gated and having on-site security guard. The 2 pools and the barbeque area are awesome and our dogs enjoy walking on the nice grass areas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live in.

Got a 2-bed with 1.5 bath. Clean, spacious, peaceful, very friendly & helpful staffs(especially Stacy!!), very close to interstate 110. It has two great pools and BBQ grills for families to enjoy. 2 designated parking spaces per unit; one covered, one with no cover. I highly recommend these townhomes! If anyone is interested, call the leasing office and make an appointment right away!

These townhomes are great. Located in a nice gated community makes you feel secure. The homes are very nice and spacious. Comes with easy assigned parking. You get two parking spots if you need an extra one . The staff is always very helpful if you need anything they are always there to help, they are also always setting up activities for everyone. I would definitely recommend moving in if you are planning on it.

Ive lived here for almost a year with friends and the complex is nice, clean and peaceful. The apartments are modern and spacious. The pool areas are nice along with the little playgrounds for kids to play on and more than enough room on the complex to walk your dogs!

I have been living here at these townhomes for about a year and a half now and I have had the best experience very helpful staff and I especially couldn’t moved in without Stacy in the leasing office she helped me figure everything out best move-in date that would be smarter and more convenient, every time I need help or have any questions I can just walk in or call the office and They don’t hesitate to help you with anything you might need 10/10 would recommend moving in to these beautiful homes if you are looking for something nice and with up to date appliances in a nice gated community and they always put together activities all the neighbors are always invited. By far the easiest and best place I’ve ever rented at!

I have been a resident at Portofino Townhomes for several years and have enjoyed it thus far! The staff at Portofino Townhomes provide superb services for their residents. They ensure up to date inspections and safety for their residents. If maintenance is needed, the staff has a very quick turn-around in acknowledging the problem and having it resolved. Beautiful Town-homes. The upgrades have been amazing. The community has a security always doing rounds. Me and my family feel very safe here. We never have any issues or disturbance. Would highly recommend! Chris (Community Manager) has recently taken over and works very hard and is super responsive to tenants needs.
Over 10 rats and hundreds of roaches have been killed in our home since we moved in 2 months ago. Now it still haven't been taken care of. Please read all other negative reviews before you decide to live here. Now we're stuck in lease, they can't either solve the problem or let us break the lease.....
Recent change of ownership. They seem to be making an effort to bring things up to standard.
Being on my own as an adult was difficult and looking for a place to stay that was reasonable was even more difficult for me, but thanks to apartments.com I found a place I can call home.
the location is very busy as it sits 1/4 mile from the 110 freeway and is on pacific coast highway. the highway noise is not bad at all being we are further back but the rent is very high. many things happen around here in a day and between the people on public assistance, the early morning gardener and the amount of noise they make due to laziness and lax leaf blowing strategies PLUS the three hours it takes them to get your building done is quite frustrating. We find that closing the windows helps BUT the ceilings are so high in two of the three bedrooms and in the stair case (estimated height upwards of 25 feet) the AC unit just cannot cool the place below 77 degrees which costs upwards of 400$ in electricity as well as unhealthy living conditions being the heat downstairs with windows closed has reached 82 with us here and upstairs easily tops 90 degrees. We are on a corner unit so the breeze is very limited. If we choose to open our windows the range of noises are dogs barking, loud music, heavy pot smoke and cursing. The place is not so bad it is unbearable and the LA river flows through a nice natural tree marked enclave with a tremendous white Owl that perches in the tallest tree from time to time, has curb appeal and makes you happy to be relatively safe in Wilmington California but the fact remains.. your in Wilmington California so you better understand your environment and venture out accordingly. The staff are not impossible but they are overwhelmed by the amount of work it takes to upkeep all these units so that aside would I recommend this place? not at 2500 a month. 1.5 - 1.8K a month? sure
