I’ve lived here for about two years now. I enjoy living here due to how peaceful it can be as well as clean parking lots and laundry mat as well. Levi has to be one of thee best employees help me out with rent shortage applications and has the best attitude. Maintenance crew is also great. I highly recommend living here

I signed a lease for September after having been promised a washer and dryer were being added to the downstairs unit I was interested in while researching in August. Day of move in, no washer and dryer were in the apartment. After weeks of chasing the management for information on the status, the final installation was completed 40 days later by 8 plus contractors with no personal protective masks during Covid over the course of a week and a half. They were in and out all day long every day installing plumbing, electrical and they had my bathroom vanity sitting in my living room for a day and a half until I had family visiting and demanded they reinstall it. During my second month on the lease, car port assignments were randomly rearranged. They said this was due to some folks having 2 covered spots while others had none. I only had the one port assigned next to my apartment building, but I was still reassigned to a spot in front of another building altogether, and it has a support pole for the covered parking 4 inches into my useable parking area. An associate on the staff stated that the spot next to what had been my originally reserved spot in front of my building was chosen to not be assigned to anyone so the front office and contractors could have access to it instead. My brother visiting from out of town and myself were solicited for drugs and other questionable behavior in the parking lot and I'm just 2 months in. Finally, the cars are packed in so fully in this lot that one is guaranteed to come into contact with another tenant's vehicle. It is really bad. I've already got 2 large, black scrape marks on my bumper. This management is in the business of making promises they have no control over so long as it gets you to sign a lease. I've got to rank them in my top 5 worst property managers in my nearly 20 years of renting. It is going to cost me more than 3 grand plus 2 months of rent still owed to kill my lease with a 60 day notice that they are requiring. Between move in and having to buy-out of the lease, this was $5k down the toilet on top of rent for 60 days of a nightmare. I don't feel safe and I can't pay enough to get out of here. Renters be very aware and rent here at your own risk.

Management company changed. Previous manager was so nice but new Manager is horrible. Yell to residents, disrespect residents and lots of tenants moved out. Tons of carpet beetles in the unit They are not gone even pest control twice. It is old place and the wall is thin.Rent went up. I never recommend this place.
i was recommended from a friend to these apartments , i called to make an appointment that same day , the lady who answer was really nice , answered all my questions , described the layout of the apartment , with the color of the flooring to the walls . she was great . that following day i got my tour of the property . the outside was clean , beautiful flowers . the grounds were kept clean. the unit the lady showed me was nice and clean with a fresh smell. the manager was really nice treated me good , loves to talk a lot :) Anna is a great person . that day i was approved and was moved in the next day . the lady made everything so easy for me and helped me out a lot . now i was 6 months living here and i love it , super quite , my neighbors are super cool . i well recommended this place to someone just like they did to me !!WE
i have 6 months now , I like the area and all the shopping centers close by . im not far from work which is great . the ladies up in the office are very pleasant and helpful . the property is clean outside and nice
i have 3 years living here already . i like my apartment unit , i live comfortable here . my neighbor are really nice people. the staff members are really nice they make me feel so comfortable. maintenance are good they work on my time frame and they always call me before entering my apartment which i like . i like these apartment because there rate online are good and the square feet for my apartment is big and perfect price rent . the property is always clean and nice outside ,
ive been living here for 2 years now , am happy with my apartment. the office staff are great ladies ,, the maintenance may take a while but i can understand with a big property , but overall there good and they know what there doing. i have no issues here this place is really calm. i like living here because i can call this place home and its home to my family.
I lived here for a little over a year now I have no issues with another tenants everyone seems to keep to themselves grounds are always cleaned pool and laundry area have always been clean that’s plus Anna the manger is always having fun events from movie night to tutoring for your kids. Anna also always teaming up with different people from pizza at discounted rates for tenants to raffles on getting your nails done. It shows she cares about her tenants
This place is roach infested, trashy, very very bad management, she is rude, dont care about tenants, lies to tenants, tells people when their children can and cant come outside while other kids are doing what they please, false advertising. My wife and friend went by to look at property, and as we walknthrough the first building we literally saw household roaches crawling in parking lot and in halls . Disgusting. We turned arou d and left. We were referred by a co worker and I have to decline this dirty place. The rent prices are rediculous as well

I'm sorry you feel like this our job is to keep our property clean quiet since new management took over the management and owner has done a great job upgraded units and bug free.
I been living here almost a year since new management took over its been great new changes . staff very professional, maintnenace gets done on time we have barbcue pitts and picnic area , lots of nice trees also it has been gated good security very quite have our own parking. resident very quiet nice playground. I feel secure living at la casa at mc dowell.
Ive lived at the la casa @ mcdowell for 1 year its a great 2 bed room i immediately fell in love with the floor plan its cute and affordable plus its right by the i 10 freeway moving only due to needing a bigger place but other than that it was a good experience here if it wasnt for my 4 year old and my new born i wouldof stayed longer !
