Since our arrival here the office staff have been the sweetest. James works super hard to make sure the residents are happy that they have everything they need and is very understanding of his residents. Lorna is happy to see her residents out and about. She makes sure to get work requests sent off right away, with a smile and a bounce in her step she loves to show people their new home. Selena is new here and shes doing a fabulous job, her professionalism of her work shines thru her. The entire maintenance crew is top notch! Whenever we have a need it's met. Everyone has been great. This place is horrible I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in. Mold grows in all the windows. People don’t pick up after themselves or their pets. The amount of times I’ve gone to take my dog outside and there’s just glass in the walkways has been far too many. My car has been broken into and my roommates stolen and we haven’t even lived here more than 6 months. STAY AWAY!
Management is horrible, grounds are disgusts full of dog waste. Neighbors are noisy, rude, don’t follow rules and nothing is done. Trash everywhere, nickel and dime you for everything don’t even think about getting a deposit back. You can hear every and anything your neighbors do . Quality of the build out is horrible. Gang members spray paint all the time,a garage burned down in July, still not fixed. Homeless and addicts wander in and do what they want. People park in your spot, security is a joke and takes forever. Inspections done often, they will just walk in regardless if you say do not enter without someone there, you can not get someone on the phone. I could write more but the text won’t all fit.

Due to the size of the community, we were not able to attend to every resident’s individual schedule. Charged a huge deposit & non refundable pet deposit. I cleaned very well & still "owe" money. They never intended on refunding my money. When I moved in the carpet was stained and frayed. They did not even paint.Graffiti everywhere, all the time. Garbage overflowing everyday. You have to pay for a parking spot. I seen people shooting up in the parking lot at least 4 times. People living in the garages. Dog doo everywhere. This place is a joke!

Sometimes we stay living somewhere for convenience or necessity, but I do not recommend this place to live, the truth is that they have bad service and I will give you an example: About 5 days ago I put a request for them to come and repair the refrigerator in my apartment and you know how important a refrigerator is and I'm still waiting for them to come and repair it. Today April 7, 2022 I put the third request for them to come and repair it. I don't know what's going on, but no matter who comes in as apartment manager, everything remains the same or worse.

Why can’t I give them 0 or -05? I’ve lived here for five years. It has gone completely downhill. The trash is stacked sky high. They have three dog parks and one trash compactor. The re do the clubhouse when my cupboards are falling apart, the door to the washer has been broken since the day I moved in. They say it’s non smoking but there’s people smoking on the property constantly. Managers do nothing about anything. My Son was bitten by a dog on the property and they did nothing. We have Cockroaches and mold is growing on the windows sills. Do not live here.

This place is just terrible. People are loud all the time, management doesn’t care. They put people in the apartment above me that were extremely loud constantly (like music shaking my apartment level of loud) and then did absolutely nothing when I complained. After about 7 months I decided to just pay the enormous lease breaking fee and move out. They acted surprised and said they were just about to do something about the people above me. I doubt it. On top of that people don’t pick up after their pets. People go to the trash area and seemingly just throw their bag of garbage in the general direction of the compactor and hope for the best. The windows are terrible, I get that mold happens, but I’ve never experienced that big of an issue with it. Half of the stuff I had in my closet molded. And they raise rent to put in stuff like Amazon lockers when what they really need to do is manage their tenants and property. Overall, it’s a terrible place to live, go literally anywhere else if you’re able to.

Murders, criminals committing suicide to avoid SWAT, stabbings, black mold, horrible management and they are raising rent $200. Stay away!

At first, these apartments were getting down the gutter. But Since the dawn of this summer, I noticed a clean positive turnover. The new admin is working daily to better the look and living quality of these buildings. It is clean and calm now over in here.
This building used to be on the verge of being a total junk to dwell in, but since the beginning of this summer there was some noticeable major renovation to the whole vicinity. It is much cleaner quieter and more welcoming now. Being in the mid of Vancouver Area, everything is from a hand reaching distance.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and just a great community to be a part of.
