Downtown is the largest commercial area in Atlanta and includes a healthy mix of office buildings, upscale residences, signature attractions, and off-hours amenities. The key landmarks are clustered together on the west side of Downtown: Centennial Olympic Park, which hosts festivals and community events throughout the year; tourist attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola; and the home arenas for Atlanta’s professional football and basketball teams. Shopping and entertainment come together in Underground Atlanta, and popular Downtown venues such as the famous Tabernacle regularly host major national touring acts.
As the central business district for Atlanta, folks who choose to rent apartments in Downtown tend to be corporate professionals seeking to live within walking distance of their workplace.

Property Ratings at MAA Centennial Park
Don’t move here. They don’t have guest parking. Your guest will have to pay to park across the street. And their car WILL HAVE A BUSTED WINDOW BY 12am. In 10 months I’ve had 6 guest and 5 of them have had their car broke into. Some as early as 10pm. I’ve seen other ppl mid day. I told the manager and she said “we can’t and don’t ensure your safety” But they are clearly being negligent to our safety. The parking is safer on Simpson (the Main Street for both buildings) BUT good luck finding a spot and parking there expires at 7am, so by 7:01am you will have a $35 ticket. (Coincidence???) Walk around both buildings and you will see and smell dog poop at every entrance except the main entrance. I’m writing this review while waiting on them to remove a boot from my car in the PARKING SPOT I PAY MONTHLY FOR! I’m 2 hrs late for work. 3rd time this has happened. It’s a third party that does the boots. To strategically avoid accountability. MAA blames the boot company and the boot company blames MAA. But let me explicitly say YOUR GUEST WILL HAVE A BUSTED WINDOW. I’m so serious. Every morning I walk my dog and see fresh broken glass in the pay for parking on SIMPSON AND WILLIAMS. This “luxury” property has too many surrounding issues.

Living at MAA Centennial Park has undoubtedly met my expectations as a new resident. Joshua was extremely friendly during the move-in process. The bike room is one of the best amenities; overall, a quiet place with friendly neighbors. The ease of access to Marta and the surrounding stadiums is a huge bonus—a short ride to midtown.

Hi, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at MAA Centennial Park! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional we can do for you. Take care!
-No guest parking. Keep in mind that this is downtown, expect to have your guests cars damage by theft when they park in the street lot behind Aloft Hotel. -Resident parking is horrible. Please ask for a tour, you have a high chance in getting in accident with the setup. Very tight to turn when moving through the garage. -Leasing staff rarely responds to e-mails. Not familiar with how to manage property and consistently provides inaccurate information. They are currently calling residents begging them to renew their lease with the high number of vacancies that are currently available.

terrible parking system. I am a current resident. I got booted twice. Second time that I booted I had to wait more than 4 hours.

Been here about 8 months loving it , Mrs Denise is a sweetheart and always helpful , New Property Manager Marcus is very understanding and handles any issues professionally! My place is quiet but I have a peaceful courtyard to look at from my balcony! Cleaning is done through out the property 24 hours a day ! , Coffee always available! Gym is always sanitized and clean rooftop pool is peaceful! You can grill food while you swim with open gas grills and covered Lounge area overlooking the city! I. Can say I feel secure to be a female who lives alone ! Most residents are friendly and smile if you walk past ( I said most haha) we have social events throughout the community, Taco Tuesdays - Mimosas! I love it here ..if you’re not a CITY LIVING person full of happiness don’t move here because most residents who don’t complain are happy and just mind their own business!

Me and my wife have been living here for three years. It had been great until new property manager arrive. This make me regret my decision live at Post Centennial. We have renewed our lease a month ago Nov 1. Without noticing new property manager. We now on December 2 2020 attempt to pay our rent and notice and increase of $150. During this pandemic with the lost of family members and jobs an extra $150 is a strain on us. We go to speak with Property manager and he says new rule states payments after the first is late instead of previously after the third. There is no more grace period. My wife felt that was pretty strange in the mist of a pandemic with job losses and sicknesses and expressed that this is first time seeing changes and we haven’t been late before. Property manager says well it’s in your lease. Wife ask is there anybody else to speak with and he responds rudely to look on the website. My wife responded that she didn’t like the way he was speaking to her and she wanted to report it. He then says well we are canceling your lease and you have to leave in 7days. My wife being pregnant in the mist of worlds worst pandemic with no family is no asked to be on the street week before Christmas for concerns over a late fee. We pay our hard earned money to chose a place to live to call home and with new management treating residents like this is u acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come where there is no customer service or appreciation of residents.

Have been living here for 3 months. Worst decision ever!!! This place is driving us crazy! Nobody here follow rules, every single neighbor we have is loud, walls are paper thin, and we can never use the amenities because people are always partying and bringing tons of people in that are not residents. Counting the months to get out of here!

I moved into the Post Centennial June 2019 after searching high & low through the city of Atlanta I can honestly say I LOVE it here. From the day of walking into the leasing office Denise completely sold me with her passion & sincerity walking me through the process. She came off very caring as if she owned the property & wanted to make sure I was here comfortably happy. Even til this day, it’s just a breath of fresh air knowing she’s in the leasing office & has the perfect energy each time. There’s been a couple personal issues I’ve had previously but I can say each time things were handled right away & more importantly MAA & the leasing office made me feel prioritized.

Nothing makes us happier than hearing that our residents love their home with us! We've been overwhelmed by the support and praise we've received about Denise recently, and we're more than happy to add your review to the growing pile! She's a valued member of our team and our community family, so we appreciate you letting us know how key her amazing customer service has been in making your time here the best it can be. Thank you for making us your home and for sharing your appreciation.
e been here over 10 months so I feel like I can give fair assessment of this place. The GOOD: Amenities are nice (gym, roof top lounge, club and common areas) are all top notch. Place is only about 30% occupied so you got the run of the place. Leasing agents are nice and knowledgeable Sam & Denise. Lead maintenance guy Phil & his crew jump on any issue you have within hours, sometimes minutes. The Bad: Anything below the top floor the noise level above you can be heard. It is as if they didn't soundproof between floors The Ugly: The manager Michael sucks, worst manager in metro Atlanta and would be fired if was working for any other company. Beyond me how this guy has kept his job

When I first came to visit Post Centennial I was ecstatic about moving in. Denise (who use to work here) and Brianna where always there if I needed something. I have now lived here for a few months and I have come to realize that I should have moved somewhere else. Some members of the leasing office team here are incredibly rude. I know a good amount of people who are unsatisfied and can't wait for there lease to end. I would never recommend somebody move in here. When I first moved in I was told coffee would be available 24/7 like every other apartment complex, 2 weeks after I move in 24/7 coffee goes away. Just based off of that I would have moved into any of the other finer choices in the area that do offer this amenity. A lot of the times the fireplaces that they have installed don't even work. The parking garage is highly dangerous to drive in, every time I make a turn I feel like a car accident may occur. They don't offer any guest parking and the only place near the complex for parking is on a street where they give parking tickets. This is not a place you want to live at.
LOCATION - The location is unmatched. I can walk across the street to walk the dog in Centennial Park. We are now full members at both the World of Coke and Georgia Aquarium which are both just across the street. This was inexpensive and makes for a great place to hang out. Plenty of eateries and shopping all around. If I want to go further, there is an abundance of rental scooters always available just outside the building and a the park. SECURITY - The location is much safer and cleaner than the other areas of down town Atlanta we looked at. Also the apartment's security exceeds expectation. From the parking to the access fobs and staff members, I feel safe and secure wherever I go. AMENITIES - Post Centennial truly has it all for you, your guests, and even your pets. The Pet Spa includes doggy treadmills and wash facilities. There is also a dog park or just walk across the street to Centennial Park. The roof top pool is gorgeous and surrounded by cabanas. It has great views of down town Atlanta and has plenty of seating for all. There is also some great spaces for entertaining including a cooking and dining area and fireplace with comfortable seating. The fitness center is incredible and saves you cost of any gym membership because you have it all here including a training fitness room for zumba, yoga, dance, etc. Dry cleaning and mailing services are a real premium and makes deliveries easy and safe. Another spectacular area is the courtyard with all the grilling stations, fountains, and relaxing spaces. There are also conference rooms and study centers and FREE STARBUCKS! SERVICE - The staff at Post Centennial is not only extremely professional; but also, very caring and personal. We love Jaye who has remembered our name from the first day we visited and goes out of his way to take care of us. His level of service is unmatched and goes well beyond our expectations and we appreciate that greatly. THE UNITS - The units are brand new, very stylish, efficient, and varied. There are so many different variations available that there is a space for all. There are no bad rooms. You have sizable balconies overlooking World of Coke, Centennial Park, other parks of down town, or the fabulous courtyard. The facilities and appliances are brand new and upgraded very nicely. The space is efficient and roomy and laid out very nicely. They come with blinds on huge windows to provide ample natural lighting yet still have privacy. Overall I cannot imagine a better place
Safe Quiet Convenient
The apartment is very clean. I have some issues with both my front door and patio door handles getting loose. I also live over the dog park and notice that owners do not clean up their dog poop which starts to smell. Other than that, the amenities are great and it has been an enjoyable living experience.
The location, amenities, and convenience is bar-none. If I had one thing to recommend to anyone looking for an apartment, I wouldn't give them tips. I'd just tell them move to Post Centennial.
great experience backed up with a great staff, best place to live in town.
Mostly excellent. Only problems are that it smells like weed most of the time -- somebody in one of the units is smoking weed and the smell travels through the air vents into our apartment as well as all throughout the hallway. It's horrible. The hallway also frequently smells pretty awful, like trash. Other than that, the experience has been wonderful so far.
At Post Centennial, I feel as though I have almost everything I need in my home. When I reach for the door to my building at the end of a long day, I feel welcome. It's unlike anywhere I've ever lived.
Property is very responsive, clean, and always interactive with the Atlanta community. Lots of events which I love!
The living experience here is great. The amenities are very nice and clean. The gym, pool and wifi lounge are my favorite features. The maintenance crew here is very efficient. Once I submit an issue they fix it in a day. Also, my leasing officer, Jaye, was a pleasure to work with!
I absolutely love this place!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the property and the Downtown area. Jaye, was very kind and patient with me every step of the way, he is truly a godsend! I can't stress enough on how warm and so welcoming the apartment complex and the staff is (Jaye, Denise and the others).I have a little one and we are moving from the Suburbs. It's a huge change but it is so worth it! The school system and the location ( expressway 2-3 mins) rocks! Everything is right at your door step for all ages to enjoy. The amenities at Post Centennial offers are in comparison to being at a resort because a few minutes at the gym, courtyard or at the pool will definitely put you in your VACAY mode. There is Centennial Olympic Park, restaurants, and many other attractions that you can walk ,bike or drive to . Although, I have not officially moved in yet, everyone there has already made me feel like I am already at home!
