Pradera is a God send for those relocating from out of state like myself! Everything on the website was here and the openness of communication from the leasing team made me feel this was the best area to relocate. Well, maintain gated community. I was shocked while looking out of my bedroom widow a person in a golf cart stopping to pick up trash that was blowing in the wind. Who else does that? Thanks for caring.

Community is very nice. We really like our unit and all the community amenities. Management & maintenance staff are friendly, professional and proactive. Neighbors are friendly and community is quiet. The weekly maintenance (lawn care, pest control, trash pick-up) is convenient and appreciated. We're happy to be here while we wait to build/purchase a home.

Gated community, easy access to major highways, plenty of shopping stores close by, lots of eatery places, 20 minutes from La Cantera, Fiesta Texas and 5 minutes from Sea World. Community has pool, gym and conference rooms.

Wonderfully maintained grounds, minutes away from every restaurant you can think of as well as banks and grocery stores super convenient also located only steps away from a major highway that gets you anywhere quickly. Do units come with upgraded high-end appliances and fixtures definitely not your ordinary apartment rental they are also extremely fast with any concerns or repairs theyre there same day .

These are beautiful homes in an area that has a lot to offer. We moved here for privacy and more room compared to traditional apartment living. I love that we still get the best of both worlds with access to amenities AND privacy of a home. The grounds are well kept and maintenance is excellent. Management is good when you can get ahold of them but that can be rather difficult and frustrating at times. All in all however I love our new home.

Pradera is a new community complex. Different floor plans for a one story & two story houses. They have a pool, dog park and gym. Friendly people and a gated community!

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Pradera. The lack of communication has really turned this into a negative experience. The limited hours for amenities is ridiculous. I would tell others if they work a lot and are looking to use the amenities, move to another community that has 24 hour amenities. And be sure the staff communicates prior to moving in.

Nice and mostly quiet community as there is construction going on. Community center is nice but does not have a playground. Itll be more kid friendly if a playground is added as there arent any parks within walkable distance. Home is nice as its new construction however, upon move in the unit was not cleaned so there was a lot of post construction dirt. Notified management and they sent a cleaning crew two weeks after move in. Maintenance crew is great as they are very responsive to any repairs needed. Front gate should be closed more often though to keep the community more secure. Also, units should come with a home security system as well as those are costly for tenants. Overall, nice community as neighbors are friendly and leasing office is also onsite and open 7 days a week.

We have only been in our home for nearly a week and it is so much better than climbing the stairs with our pet or groceries. Nice amenity center and clean area where houses are complete.
I have only lived in the community for 3 days and already love it. The leasing process could not have been easier. Elise is wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. She definitely made our seemingly daunting experience of search for a house such an ease.
Pradera has a smooth move in process. I applied online and moved in when the time came. Homes are like they are online. New with nice features.
Pradera is a unique rental housing community, rather than apartments its houses.
We have lived here at this new rental community; which is a new and beautiful housing, not apartments, community, for 2 months and we could not be happier. To date, this is better than any apartment lifestyle we have experienced. Living in your own "rented house" space is above and beyond what we envisioned. This community is brand new and we are so pleased to be living here. The staff has been very friendly and helpful.
When my previous apartment lease was coming to an end I needed a new place to live with an updated quality of living. I was thrilled when I came across an add for the new construction of Pradera and immediately went to view the property that same day. As soon as I toured it I immediately fell in love with their floor plans and all of their added benefits and emenities. I have now moved into my new home and am absolutely please with my decision to make Pradera my new home.
The short time we have lived at Pradera has been a great experience. Only one issue and that is with the loud noise the air handler makes when ac/heat unit is on.
The Floor Plans in these houses are super nice!!! I moved from California and I am happy about the reasonable renting rates and spacious floor plans. This community and quiet and safe, the local High School is right across the street so don't have to worry about taking my daughter to school anymore.
