I give this property 5 stars. The management team is great to work with and very professional. The building is very clean and has a great view. It has a lot to offer nearby. Great property!!!!!!!

Great experience my first year and now my girlfriend lives with me and we have signed another year lease. Looking forward to having another great year at this residence.

I will give the Apartment a 5 star but there are some noticeable stuff I need to mentioned: 1. The window blind should be upgraded to a more friendly ones 2. 2hrs Elevator usage is too small considering the fact that some tenants may want to move their stuff twice same day and any form of challenge can occur 3. The Staff lady on duty should do better making sure she attends to a New Tenant issues or direct them appropriately on what to do However the Staff Stevie is good and welcoming. The apartment is organized and very professional environment.10/10

Management was professional and helpful the entire time especially on our move in date. They promised the apartment would be in great shape on our move in date and Prado made sure it was memorable with welcome gifts and welcoming us to the Community

Great amenities. Awesome residents, clean and maintained. Location is pretty great as well, there are lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby as well.

Just moved in yesterday but I’m enjoying the community and the vibes our residents give off. I wish there was a pool but the fitness area and sauna is a good variable, also the courtyard is HUGE

So our initial move in was a great experience but now we have a nightmare tenant above us who makes the loudest & most disturbing noises daily. We have complained regularly and now are just living out our lease. The pounding & banging sounds like bowling balls dropping and rolling all over the floor. It gets so bad at times until it vibrates our walls! It’s embarrassing to even entertain and we’ve had guests literally startled at the level of noise. My wife & I can understand there will be activity above us but what we’re hearing & experiencing goes beyond normal. I also see vaping & smoking going on on site pretty regularly. Staff here is friendly and other tenants are also cordial. We were informed the tenants above us had a dog; however, the noises that come from above sound like people literally falling downstairs! It’s horrible.

Prado is the best apartment complex in Milwaukee. Its style, decor, theme, and layout as well as all the amenities it offers allows for the place to be extremely attractive as well as cozy to live in. There are tons of opportunities to make friends and meet new people in the apartment through fun events. Everyone asks me on social media where I’m staying because of how fun it looks to live here as well as how beautiful it is. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking every morning and evening. I would live here permanently if I could. The staff members are so kind and helpful, we love living here.

This is my first apartment and it has been a great experience all the way. The staff is great the, the community is great, and the sauna is the best.

They were so fast to respond and answer my question when I first inquired. The process was easy and fast. Move in was exceptional. I've now been living here for a week and enjoying the garage parking, gym, and outdoor space. LOVE!!!

Moving into Prado has been the best and easiest move! Everyone in the leasing and management has been wonderful and so caring about our new home.

Love the community and environment! Staff here are so nice and helpful. Honestly, not having a pool doesn’t make a huge difference for us as we never used the one in our last place. There are so many dogs which is fantastic as it gives ours the opportunity to have friends and be more sociable. The grill space and lounge and balcony area are super helpful when entertaining people. The one thing I would do is replace shuffleboard on the 4th floor balcony with a pool table & fix the call dropping issue in the parking garage. Other than that I have no complaints and I am really enjoying our time here at Prado.

Just recently moved in and the complex is beautiful as well as in a great centralized location. The staff is also great and always are eager to help.

Love my apartment! great management and location. Super quiet and there is always parking available. would highly recommend this place for anyone, especially those who want a quiet place.

I just moved in but I love this place already. The workout room is perfect and all the features here make this place very comfortable. The noise levels between apts is great too, I never hear anyone else which makes it very comfortable. I’m so impressed with this apt and have zero regrets signing lease.

It’s a great place to live! The patio is nice and there’s a gym! The walls are thin so it can be hard but other than that it’s a nice place for an actual luxury place. Oh and security is great!

I’ve lived in other apartment communities but Prado staff and community has been beyond exceptional. Always attentive to needs, planning events to bring a group of strangers together as a community and absolutely beautifully maintained.

Prado is a great place to call home and staff are amazing! Everyone is friendly and the area is very nice. We love the dog park area, and there’s great walking options as well.

Living here at Prado is really great and feel luxurious! The leasing office is very attentive, friendly and they help the residents be engaged with each other by having events. They actually ask us through polls beforehand! The building is always clean and maintenance team is also good at coming on time to fix any problem.

I have loved everything abkut my apartment from the Floorplan, to the community, to the location. All of the staff I have worked with in the leasing office have been great and incredibly helpful.

We love it here! Management is great and maintenance gets done very quickly. Everyone is so friendly here as well. This is also a kid friendly apartment!

Very high end apartments with all the accouterments. I especially like the gym. It is well equipped, and immaculately clean. Definitely recommend. Lovely was an awesome tour guide!

Living here has been great! Love how clean and nice everyone is and the gyms never too crowded. Maintenance is always willing to help and give helpful tips!

The move in process was seamless, and I love the apartment. All of the workers I've interacted with have been great and I really have no complaints.

I feel so comfortable here I love it best space I ever rented at 24 this is what I call my dream luxury home. I enjoy the lounge areas & the smell everywhere I walk it just smells so fresh & clean

This property is amazing. Right off the highway, near ikea and centrally located between Drexel square and Franklin. The residents events are a blast, Miah always has a smile on here face when hosting the events and participating in the games with the residents. Really a welcoming community . Love where you land ??

Prado has definitely exceeded my expectations. It has become a comfortable and cozy place I call home. Everything was brand new and all the amenities are definitely a perk. Very pet friendly. All the staff go above and beyond to answer any questions or resolve any concerns. All the areas are well maintained and serviced. Prado is a safe community and is relatively quiet. The management team also plans events for residents to attend and enjoy. The overall experience here has been an amazing one!

Prado has been a great experience from the very beginning. Miah was so nice and made the experience very inviting. She was very knowledgeable and super nice. The amenities were the next thing that sold me. It’s secure, safe, convenient, and entertaining. All of the staff are super friendly and professional. They take care of the property and answer any questions that arise. They also prepare fun activities for us to enjoy and meet other residents. It is a friendly, warm and inviting place I love to call home. My doggo is always spoiled by the management team. We are very fortunate to have found a great place to live!!!

We’ve been here 6 months and are still in love with our apartment. Prado is an amazing community. The amenities allow me to be comfortable and I have all that I need. I don’t really need to leave home for much. The events put on by the staff is fun and unique to any apartment I’ve ever stayed in before. The wine tasting event was my favorite. We are loving our time at Prado.

I absolutely love the layout of the apartment, the amenities that are available and the community that the staff creates. It’s a welcoming home for me and my dogs. The space is so full of natural light and I rarely hear sounds of other neighbors when I am in my unit.

I’ve had the pleasure of calling Prado home for almost 4 months. It’s such a fun community to belong to! My home is quiet, has a beautiful view, and feels like a perfect sanctuary. All common areas are well maintained and carefully decorated, and everyone on the team offers a friendly, genuine greeting each time I see them. Quinton, Miah, Lovely, Fabian, and Tyler are excellent—they listen, make time for you, communicate everything in detail and in advance, and make living here easy. The Grand Opening celebration was one of many exciting events hosted recently, and I’m so glad I could attend. They definitely know how to throw a resident event!

We love it here, the community is so welcoming as well as the staff! We really feel at home here! The staff answers any questions we may have and are quick to fix any issues that may arise! definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the milwaukee area!!

It was a quick, easy and smooth process from the tour to the move-in! The Prado Leasing Team was really nice, friendly and accommodating. They work fast and always check in with their residents. The apartment building is brand new and everything is working really well. The amenities make it convenient for me to live here. The area is safe and quiet. It is quite expensive but definitely worth it.

Good place to live. Would recommend to a someone looking for a small clean community with a nice sauna. Only knock is the bedroom windows allow noise from the highway.

The team has been very responsive to all our questions and requests. Tyler in maintenance is very good and friendly. The property is kept very clean. We really like the gazebos seating area and can’t wait to use the fire pit.

Office staff friendly and professional. My initial correspondence via iPhone (FaceTime), texts, emails with Lovely were given immediate attention. Move in carts a huge help moving in!!

The staff here is so very friendly and willing to help. Quick and responsive. My apartment was ready for my move in and is more than I had hoped. I LOVE all the windows and natural light.

People here are rude. The apartments are nice but the managers are awful. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Only gave a star because it required one for review other than that I would have given zero or a negative number.
