Since the new management took over there has been so many positive changes in our community such as the lawn crew keeping our yards looking beautiful, new playground equipment, and better communication to resolve any issues that may arise.
The management is great and very quick to fix anything that goes wrong, the apartment manager is very kind and personable!
Great place to live 10/10 would recommend to all friends and family.

I have lived in my home here now at the Praire Breeze town homes for one year, recently renewing my lease! I absolutely love it here, it’s a very peaceful environment! My children are comfortable here, playing outside with ease! We have currently gained new management who have been making positive changes to the town homes as well, property manager Alicia is very pleasant, accessible and super helpful! They have moved the home office right here at the property which is even more convenient for us residents! I highly recommend this property for anyone who can appreciate quality and care from property management to residents!!!!!!
Ever since Prairie Breeze Townhomes have taken over the property it has felt more like a community. They added mowing free of charge to the homes with backyards as well as mow the entire property on Thursdays. They also actually communicate frequently with us through letters, emails and texts as reminders, unlike the previous owners. It's great to have a manager onsite who is available to call to ask questions or get help with any concerns. Knowing they are readily available puts us tenants at ease! Definitely recommend!
My family an I just recently moved here and it’s very nice and quiet, great place for a family. The grass is alway kept up with and the sidewalks are very clean. The townhomes are well kept and up to date. Very happy we chose Prairie Breeze as our home.
New management has made a lot of improvements from the previous owners. They’re always willingly to help, super responsive, and friendly. We happily renewed our lease with the new owners.
Management is friendly and gets back to you quickly. Area is nice and very convenient.
This is hands down the best place to live with wonderful management. They are very efficient and very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.
