Rent includes water/sewer utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and trash services as well as one parking space in the underground garage. Rents start at $1300 to $1450 per month for one-bedroom units to $1725 to $1850 for two-bedroom apartments with a 12-month lease. Six-month lease options cost $50 more per month. This is a smoke-free building. These units can accommodate up to two small dogs, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Tenants with dogs are required to carry renter's insurance. There is an additional $50-per-month fee. First floor units can accommodate medium size dogs, up to 75 pounds full grown.
