The staff greeted me with a smile and was knowledgeable about the community and its surroundings. I am from out of state and helping my daughter find a new place and that made me feel comfortable. The office and the grounds were clean and I loved the square footage of the 2 bedrooms.

I called to get on the waiting list in July and I finally heard back in October. The leasing representative Tiffany called me on Thursday and left a message stating I had until the following Monday to call. I returned the call on Thursday only to get a voicemail stating for me to leave a message and someone would return my call. Well I left a message and know one returned my call. I called again on Friday and received the same voicemail message. I left another message and know one returned my call and I attempted to call again many times. I called on Monday only to finally get someone who stated the apartment was given away since they didn't hear from me. I informed the leasing representative Tiffany who was very rude and stated she checked the voice messages and she didn't receive any messages. She stated for me to get back on the waiting list and try again. If this is how the service is I would not recommend these apartments. It was horrible customer service.
My name is Sharon McCoy I have been living here for the past 8 years I have had a great experience living here is very peaceful is very quiet I haven't had any problems when I need work done they come in a mountable time and they fix the problem they are always available for me to talk to them when I need to talk they have helped me a lot they very respectful very warm and very kind they have done a great tremendous job with cleaning the bad people getting them out of here they keep the premises clean they mow the lawn they are always working here on the property they keeps the property up if there is a problem they will take care of it expediently thank you trece thanks to my manager and all the workers in the office you have done a great job
Property appears nice-looks are deceiving! Property is poorly maintained. Trash is everywhere. Dog waste is everywhere. Breezeways are horrible! Office staff do no perform their duties well. There is always a long wait in the office. Office staff attitudes are unprofessional and have no concern for residents.
Property appears nice but looks are deceiving. There are some major improvements that should be made. The apartment sfaff to begin are by far some of the least favorable I have ever come across. Trissa and Alfredo give their management company a bad name.
Tessa the Assistant Manager is a Wolf in sheep wool. If you don't mind mold cover ups and infestation of ants go ahead and apply. This place is not kid friendly, limited space for visitors. New management are more concerned with parking and registration than the up keep of the property. The maintenance guys are great. Can't wait to move! This is a subsidized property and they talk to you and your children inappropriately.
I like the apartments neibors are friendly and it's really quite at night.
