the maintenance is never up to date, many things needed to be fixed over the years such as constant mold problems. it took several months to get maintenance out there to take care of the black mold in our upstairs bathroom. and the same thing repeated 3 times the poor maintenance, the mold, and never being able to contact the property manager. the people in these townhomes tend to think they can also control everything one person does. with dog and cat policies, nothing is enforced. inspections were extremely poorly planned. the inspectors barged in, walked in on my mother, walked in on me and my friends sleeping and were incredibly rude. we had no idea they were coming at that time. however, there are nice people who live here but the bad in this complex is more than what these nice people can help with.
