Prairiewood Estates

My husband and I have been living here about 5 years, and there are many reasons that we are PROUD TO CALL THIS HOME! This is a great, quaint neighborhood, and Vicky (Property Manager) is such a wonderful lady. She is a very 'hands on' manager, and all concerns are met with a smile, and things always get taken care of efficiently. If you are considering your options, you could not do better. These apartments are really nice, the buildings are well maintained, and we have had so many compliments on our home. No regrets in this choice, it is very much a HOME-not just a place to live.

I lived at Prariewood for four years. I picked this place basically because I had a dog and I was adamant about having a washer and dryer in the unit. That narrows options in Fargo considerably, and Prariewood Estates fit the bill. However, I stayed for four years because things are managed so well- Vicky specifically has been fantastic. I have never lived somewhere before where I was so confident that any issues I had would be handled well. If a good experience matters to you, this is place is a great choice.

I absolutely love living at Prairiewood Estates. It is one of the few apartments in town that have no weight restriction on dogs. The apartment manager, Vicky, is spectacular. She is always prompt in helping answer any questions and she is very present on the property--so things get DONE. It is evident that the management takes pride in the properties, the hallways get vacuumed and cleaned once a week and carpets get steamed several times a year. Maintenance is always prompt. The newly remodeled units are gorgeous. I have nothing bad to say about my apartment, I love living here. The location is perfect as well.
