Prairiewood Meadows

Overall, there are many problems with the community. Parking in front of garages is not enforced, children climb buildings, destroy picnic tables, throw trash around the quad, run around outdoors unsupervised well after sunset, run in hallways, etc. Buildings are not very clean in common areas and outdated mailboxes are not secure.

Best place we have occupied while renting. Make sure you stay on top of the office to get maintenance requests filled.

Poor management. Maintenance take over 2-3 months for simple request to get done.. very expensive property.. and then office can’t do anything about it

I’m a fan of prariewood as my kids enjoy the neighborhood. They are able to ride their bikes around the block as I feel all the neighbors are quite friendly and safe area. It’s a great location as well close to interstate and our schools.

I have been a resident of Prairiewood Meadows since 2010 and would not live anywhere else! I really like our apartment location, ground level with our garage almost across the hallway. Very convenient for us.

The Meadows is a great new build with lots of spacious floor plans. The garage parking is a huge plus, especially for the winter time. The build of a gym and new office will add value to the property.

Very nice, clean, and updated apartment. Maintenance has been very friendly and efficient at answering requests.

Great area, Great building. Zero complaints from me.

The apartments are in a great location. A lot more houses around so feels more family friendly. The older boy Especially loves that he can ride his bike to the golf course across from us. Facing the interstate we really dont hear slot of the nosie when we have our door or windows closed so more quiet then we thought which is great.

Definitely not what I expected. Wasn't cleaned properly, several things need maintenance, and security was lacking. Had two packages stolen right off the bat, the security door could be opened without a key, etc. Definitely wouldn't recommend it for the price. Very spacious though.

Decent quality for the price, maintenance is fantastic with any issues.

We have been living here for the past 3 1/2 years. We have had very few problems. Our maintenance requests are taken care of relatively fast and our interaction with staff has always been positive and professional.

Spacious rooms, convenient location, attached garage is great, very responsive maintenance. Terrible laundry machines, hallways smell, loud neighbors (stomping, blasting music, reaching through parking lot, yelling late at night).

Even though this is a large complex we rarely run i to neighbors, which for us is a good thing. We love the playground for our children. If we have any issues they are sol ed right away with the utmost respect.

Great units! Love the attached garage. Spacious layouts. Great internet! Old building; needs some updates. Staff are very friendly, slightly disorganized. Move-in is quick and painless. Maintenance response time is quick. Maintenance staff are fantastic! Friendly, respectful community. A little noisy next to interstate. Communal washers and dryers are horrible and not all units have hookups. Gym is nice.

We love the playground/park in the middle of the complex.

Living at Prairieood Meadows has been a stress free experience!

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an off the main road apartment with a beautiful playground and a friendly atmosphere. Staff work hard to keep the grounds looking good and are responsive to requests and suggestions.

Besides some cleanliness issues within my particular unit that were cleared up, I am overall very happy with my apartment. The appliances, carpeting and layout, to include the balcony with a beautiful view, is all very luxurious and Im lucky to call it all mine.

I like it here it's a nice quiet building, friendly neighbors.

From the moment I walk into the office to apply for my apartment till my move in date the customer service was very very good The guy that was working on my application did everything in his power to make sure I move into the apartment of my choice at first I was in indecisive I couldn’t decide which apartment complex I wanted to move in but he was very patient and understanding he continued to work with me until the end. I really appreciate you guys thankful

Love are new apt and garage the play yard in back is wonderful. When there is any problems I call are agent Jason and he solve it the same day . I can always count on his . The only thing I don't like my kitchen cabinets are really old and also the ones in the bathroom they are clean just from the 70s and the hallways and stairs need to be clean more often. Other than that we are very happy here and are neighbors are very nice.

Prairiewood Meadows apartments have decent sized apartments to live in along with some with attached garages so there is no need to go outside in the cold to start your vehicle. The rent amount is also lower than a lot of apartments around town.
