This place went from bad to worse. There have been three crimes committed in my time living here. (Probably because they fail to tell you when signing an apartment how more than HALF the apartments are Airbnb’s that they sell for $80 a night) This means there’s random people are in and out of this building everyday. While living here I experienced an individual drugged out of his mind screaming through the hallways, knocking on people’s doors until he broke into our neighbors apartment across from us through their glass door to their balcony. If that isn’t scary enough some sort of altercation happened on the fourth floor leading to pools of blood recently and possibly a death. (To which I had to find out through a neighbor as they did not inform us or ANYONE ELSE but it’s definitely there)And if that isn’t scary enough they don’t background check anyone on their Airbnb list. I’ve had multiple Airbnb clients ask me how they access their room when I have absolutely no idea and they can’t ask leasing because more often then not they’re never there. Nothing is updated. It takes multiple maintenance tickets or you physically going to the leasing office to get anything done. They thought it inappropriate for someone to let a tenant in who was locked out with her baby in below freezing temperature. (Claiming it was a safety issue which is ironic when they let anyone rent their apartments as motel rooms basically) All the amenities close at 11:00pm. They physically lock EVERYTHING but they can’t seem to ever close the garage door..which leads into the courtyard which has a door into the lobby which is also never locked. The elevators hardly ever work and will spit you out on random floors. The trash chute is always usually over filled and clogged. I have hair stuck in the grout of my bathroom from the previous tenant because they update nothing. All my cabinets are scratched. ( they won’t stain them but they did say I could get it approved if I wanted to do it myself. How nice of them.) My microwave and my dishwasher had to be replaced after multiple requests to fix it. The pipes are always leaking in the lobby. It usually smells like an actual sewage plant right when you walk in. Oh and they’re a dog friendly apartment building but..your dogs aren’t allowed to be ANYWHERE.

Last March, my fiancé and I were looking for an apartment in Downtown Denver while living in Los Angeles. We noticed that Premier Lofts was consistently receiving high ratings from various sources - which compelled us to book a tour. Russell gave us a tour and made us feel very comfortable, answering all our questions and being mindful of our time (we were just in town for a day and had back-to-back tours at various apartment complexes). Of all the units we viewed, we loved Premier Lofts the most and decided to apply. The process was easy and quick (thanks Chantal for all your help!). Aside from the loft-style units with modern appliances, there is a dog wash room, game room, outdoor patio area, yoga studio, and roof top area (during the summer, they offer free yoga at sunset!). Of all the buildings we toured, Premier Lofts was one of the cleanest. They also provide free coffee and host a lot of events. I highly recommend Premier Lofts. Like previous reviews, this is one of the best apartments I've lived in.

Recently, Premier Lofts started renting out a multitude of units throughout the building (you can check this out on Air BNB and stayalfred.com). There is now a constant stream of strangers and suitcases that parade through the building on a daily basis. This place no longer feels like home - it feels like a hotel. You would think that paying thousands of dollars a month would at least buy you a true community, but instead you're barely paying less than the average traveler. I would not suggest renting here unless you are comfortable with this atmosphere while paying exorbitant Denver rental prices.
Love living at Premier Lofts, the staff is fantastic and the building is kept very clean. Maintenance has always responded quickly and have always been professional. Beautiful apartments in a truly great neighborhood. Only issue is rents in Denver, especially this area...you could find a cheaper mortgage. Other than that - best apartment building I've lived in, would highly recommend.
I recently moved to Denved from Alabama for graduate school. I had no idea where to live when planning my move. I did my research and called different properties to ask questions. Macoy (asst. Mgr) at Premier was incredible when it came to answering my questions and making me feel at home. The staff is undeniably great (helped me move in!!!). The building is in great shape and STAYS sparkling clean. I used to work in property management and these guys go above and beyond! I was very lucky to find Premier Lofts in such a big transition in my life!
Phenomenal, upscale apartment complex right in the heart of LoDo just 2 blocks away from Coors Field. Quick 5-10 minute walk from LoDo's finest bars and restaurants, and just minutes away from the historic 16th Street Mall. The complex is modern, clean, very well maintained and includes a fitness center, huge common area with pool tables as well as a beautiful rooftop deck with a hot tub and spectacular views. It's perfectly located, and well kept up at a reasonable price. Can't go wrong with the Premiere Lofts.
This place is located about a 2 minute walk away from Coors Field. The Ballpark area of Denver is an interesting and fun place. This apartment complex is large and well maintained. There is a rooftop lounge area that gives a great view of the city. The workout room is extremely well equipped with many machines as well as free weights. The apartment itself is a loft style with a great view and an open floor plan. There were a few dings here and there when we moved in, but nothing that would take away from the experience of living here.
I have lived in 8 apartments ranging from places in NYC, Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, and Colorado. Premier Lofts has been a dream come true. The apartments have unique floor plans that utilize space in very creative ways to give every renter beautiful and affordable accommodations. The building is eco friendly making my utilities substantially lower than my friends and the walls are isolated so that I don't hear my neighbors. The views are breathtaking as you overlook downtown and the mountains from your balcony and large living room/bedroom windows. The rooftop deck is a site to see and make memories with friends while enjoying a nice bbq, conversation by the fireplace, or a late night soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing. Management and maintenance are terrific and attentive to your needs. Premier Lofts is a great fit for any renter.
I moved into this building when I first moved to Denver, and now 2 1/2 years later, I am moving back in. I have looked at pretty much every single apartment building in the downtown area and have lived in 2 other apartment buildings downtown and this one is absolutely the best. This building is the BEST value for the quality, size, amenities, and location. You are not going to find anything better for a better price in downtown. The ONLY thing that I don't like about this building is that it doesn't have a pool, but it does have a hot tub on the roof. If you are looking for an apartment downtown, do not waste your time looking elsewhere, this is the best!

I have lived here since June 28 2013, and management is always there from the time they are supposed to be open to the time they are supposed to be closed (I work from home and when I've needed them, they have never been inaccessible). They have been super accommodating, and friendly. The gym is clean and equipment always functioning. The higher cost of living, in my opinion, keeps folks out that don't take pride in taking care and keeping things clean and relatively quiet. And, when you live downtown, you can expect to pay a lot - especially for luxury style lofts.
