Property Ratings at Premier of West Lancaster
This is a very old complex, built in 1985 and consistently has maintenance issues every new tenant who moves into this complex has maintenance issues in less than 30 days after move in. The roofs collapse every winter due to heavy rain and have to be patched up every summer. Every unit is full of mold there's no ventilation or circulation. Sound proof between the walls is non-existent. You can hear very clearly all your neighbors conversation Upstairs Downstairs and next door to you. Maintenance is very slow and unprofessional. Because we are open complex all teenagers and young adults from around the neighborhood come to our complex to hang out all day party play music and smoke marijuana. Not a good place to live at all
Very old complex, do not be fooled by the outside remodel. All unit are full of mold I have live here over 5 years and lived in 3 units here. The apartment rules collapse every winter due to the rain in all unit buildings in roofers have to come out every summer to patch up. There is no installation in between the walls you can hear your next-door neighbors or upstairs neighbors conversations very clearly. If you do not like smoking do not move here as a lot of people smoke marijuana in the complex. Units have no circulation ventilation and constantly are filled with problems far as things breaking down and maintenance very slow
I miss our previous managers Luz and Linda they were friendly and sweet and got things done.. We now have a new male manager he's a dead fish no personality what so ever..
For anyone that has kids this is not the place for you this building has no privacy walls are thin you can hear your neighbors conversations an if your living upstairs people at the bottom will say your stomping an all your doing is walking it's just a headache to live here
