Premiere Lofts at Trilith - Luxury Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living in these apartments! The community is well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The facilities, like: gym, pool are always clean and accessible, making it easy to enjoy daily living. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living space in this area.

I’ve been living in this one-bedroom apartment for a while, and I couldn’t be happier! The space is cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The management is friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Great place!

It has been a great experience with location, staff and community with the exception of a neighbor that continuously accuses multiple people of making too much noise when who knows what they are talking about besides the normal apt living noises. It has been disturbing to be accused multiple times when we are so quiet and considerate.

Definitely a good change from previous living conditions. Premiere Lofts staff will provide the best service and attention to the residents.

Kendall gave me a tour and was very professional. The model's layout was lovely.

The area is well managed, kind and quiet neighbors and plenty of things to do and places to eat! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a place to stay.

Good is there a way to know when they have these events outside. Everything seems okay so far look forward to everything. Everything else is good

Really good. People are nice. There is an issue with my upstairs neighbors but they were dealt with quickly. Apartment complex is quick and prompt in dealing with any issues that would arise and they always seem to have a smile on their face whenever I see them.

Love the neighborhood and premiere lofts employees!!! So great overall. There’s always something to do, the nature around is awesome my dog lovees the people and trails.

Love love love the staffing here. They worked hard and fast to help me out of a very scary situation and get into a GREAT living situation. The apartments are beautiful with huge kitchens. Everyone is so nice around, neighbors are quiet. So much to do in the town too!

I am so grateful for such an awesome staff. Kendall and Ashleigh have been nothing but compassionate and sincere to my needs. They work with you in everything. I have lived in several apartments. Premire Lofts have by far been the best complex I have ever lived in and I just want to say thank you thank you for always working with me and just being a great staff that is not judgmental and simply putting your feet in the shoes of the community/residents. The apartment community is great, a lot of activities throughout the month. Also, love the community atmosphere, it is very warm welcome and inviting.

So far everything has been great. I love the environment and the diversity. My son has been a lot happier here than our old house and that’s all a mommy can ask for.

I’m Loving the community here. Many community events you can participate in. Apartment is clean and the community Feels safe and clean here.

This apartment community offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. The management is proactive, the location is ideal, and the amenities are very nice .

I’m enjoying living here. I feel comfortable walking to visit shops, restaurants and having coffee whenever I retrieve a parcel from the Clubhouse. Our community is a Utopia!

I’m a bit disappointed. The smell in the elevator area is very strong and unpleasant. I have seen huge cockroaches in the area, the breezeway and in my new apartment ! I don’t do bugs! I’m furious. The staff did not address my issues on the walk thru form. I’m second guessing my choice to live here.

Amazing community with a lot of fun thinks to do!!! Events every month, good music and food every where!!! My babies love the community park and the pool!!! The staff is awesome!!

ROACHES! No observation of parking rules The ground floor is filthy-not washed for 9 months now-hence the roaches. Noise is constant from hotel and neighbors. Dishwasher sounds like an attack helicopter. Ice maker works sometimes Space is small and lacking amenities Don’t do it -not worth the price-management is weak to nonexistent

Tire process has been so good The application process and moving process with seamless I would recommend anybody to move here. The staff was great. They responded via email. Everything was done online. Made it very convenient.

Great staff. Very understanding and responsive. The apartment is nice! Great facilities. I love my balcony! I can easily walk to anywhere in the town at Trilith to get coffee, food, entertainment, or shopping.

Excellent place to live! We have been here a little over 2 weeks and enjoy it so far. The restaurants are great, neighbors are friendly and the apartment complex was easy to work with.

Love the area, some maintenance issues needed with security on doors into complex and other minor things but over all love living here! Wouldn’t want to life anywhere else!

Terrible parking and hard to navigate. Pricing is not worth the housing. Amenities are not locked off to the public. The office actively ignores emails and phone calls.

The leasing office was very accommodating and very helpful. Kendall was there throughout the whole process and answered every question that came up. She was willing to help get us into our new apartment. Overall great experience and town!

So far so good other than the parking lot fix. Hopefully the work will be done on time. The area and the residents all very nice. Food is very good.

I’m proud to reside in the Trilith Community. I feel safe and happy walking through the neighborhood to a variety of shops, restaurants and to the Premiere Lofts Clubhouse complex for business as well as entertainment.

a great place to call HOME . The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers..

They don’t seem to care about residents, and never answer the phone. They don’t communicate well or with much notice at all when urgent things are going on, like when they make you move your vehicles for a “community event.” The apartments are really noisy- you hear everything outside and from neighbors. The breezeway’s always are dirty and have trash. Always lots of bugs and leaves in the pool, which has poor opening hours. The area overall is just really unsatisfactory. No paved sidewalks except by the shops, and no shade from trees if you like to walk.

I like living here but would hope maintenance would be better. Also, having leaf blowers on Saturday 06/15 at 7:15 a.m. it is a little too much.

Love the location and amenities. The office staff is very polite. I love the where you receive your packages. Nice appliances and lofts are beautiful inside

The amenities are awesome and the community is amazing. I love designing my room while also working remotely as a film editor. I also live in Trilith to be able to connect with fellow filmmakers.

Apartments are nice and the area is great. The amenities are great as well. I would definitely recommend to friends. The restaurants that are close by is another great feature. Absolutely love this place.

It had been a great experience living here. Although there are upgrades that need to be made. The complex is aware and has shared via email all that will be done! Enjoy the community 100%!

I really enjoy the community! The new improvements are great (visitor parking, dog clean up station etc.). Great staff at leasing office! No complaints!

Our apartment Community exudes an abundance of pleasant, uplifting neighbors! I’m comfortable taking random and/or planned walks to partake of the beautiful natural environment.

I think the main tan e does a great job of fixing things quickly. I think there needs to be paint repairs to outside building and apartment doors and especially outside glass windows that are never cleaned. I also hope we have an event with flowers and vases similar to Valentines Day for Mother's Day. I believe each month should have a community event hosted by Premier Lofts.

I enjoy living here immensely. There are a plethora of activities, shops , restaurants and life enrichment opportunities. My days are bright in this environment ( even when it’s raining).

The area and restaurants are amazing!!!!! the apartments are beautiful with everything you need!!! And the staff is very friendly always there when you need anything!!!

Amazing place to stag with all the amenities around the residence. It’s a lovely community with many events going on. Always feel lively around this community.

It’s a really good place to live , the area it’s amazing, restaurants are great , and the apartment staff is very nice. The city tacos restaurant is my favorite it’s a good Mexican restaurant.

It's a live, work and play community. So consider all that it may entail, like noise late at night or early mornings. Festivals, Activities on site. Restaurants and more entertainment coming soon.

I love living here, but I wish that the printer in the Club House would work. The door in my building looks bad. It does not "flush" with the frame.

I love ?? living here. I am grateful to reside at Premiere Lofts at Trilith. Being surrounded by an inviting community and having everything within walking distance makes life truly enjoyable. The staff is always there no matter what to help you with anything. There is always something to do and I feel truly blessed to call this place my home.
