East Fresno is a dynamic neighborhood conveniently placed 10 miles from Downtown Fresno. The Sierra Freeway runs through town and connects East Fresno with other parts of the city, but residents won’t have to travel far from home to get what they need. Shaw Avenue is home to many shopping centers and eateries like Sierra Vista Mall, Windmill Marketplace, and more. The Tuscan Plaza Shopping Center and Windmill Marketplace are located in the northern part of the neighbor near a large medical complex. Fresno Yosemite International Airport, located in the south of town, is another great feature of East Fresno. Fun attractions of East Fresno include the breathtaking Clovis Botanical Garden and Clovis Old Town Trail, a paved path stretching through the neighborhood.
East Fresno is home to many rental options including apartments, houses, and condos. Most of the rentals are situated on the eastern part of town and are available in a range of prices and styles.

Property Ratings at Prescott Pointe
The management is TERRIBLE!!! There was a car parked in my assigned space overnight! When I told the manager she laughed at me and said,”well I can’t go move it.” This wasn’t the first time. They do not care about their residents at all!
This place was nice at first till I learned first hand there have been multiple break ins to people vehicles. My truck got broken into and they took anything they could grab worth over $1000. In addition, just last month my brothers rear passenger tire was stolen. These people tend to break in early in the morning from 2:00 am- 6:00am. My brother and I talked to the manager and she told us the last couple of years there have been over 50 break ins. Yet they still don’t put up cameras anywhere on the premises. Do not move here if you want your vehicle broken in to. We’re moving out asap.
Property Manager at Prescott Pointe, Responded To This Review
Unfortunately, crime has risen in Clovis and these type of things can happen anywhere. We try to tell residents not to leave items in their vehicles to prevent anyone from wanting to break in. We do have limited garages for rent and you are welcomed to get on the wait list for a garage.
In some ways this appartment complex is great. Two pools is nice and having a dog park on the premesis is a comfort. However the managment has a poor stance on what people can do with their patio. Most people don't bother to have anything on them and managment is making the people that have anything nice or creative set up removed. If you like being in control of the space you are paying for them dont move in. (been here almost 2 years)
FYI the "hardwood floors" are not hardwood. They are cheap vinyl laminate that peels up at the seams. Please really think about how much cooking you will want to do and the function of the cooking. It looks very open but there is very little counter space and there is no garbage disposal.
On-site managers are great, however the property management company is horrible to deal with. They are very unorganized and do not consider their clients. Liza at Royal T Management was beyond rude and shouldn't be in a client involved business since she doesn't understand she has clients to tend to. Most recently, they have sealed the Parking lot, towing cars that were not moved by 7am. However the contracting crew didn't arrive until midday and the first section to be worked on ended up being clocked off for two days rather than the one day the posting notice stated. Furthermore, there is no handicap access for a tenant or their guest to access a walkway wide enough to access common areas or their apartment. At minimum a route should be provided to us, to include handicap access. This is a standard policy that property managers are required to follow. I feel for the on-site managers as they had this mess of a pan dumped on them however I would happily suggest reconsidering your options based off this experience and lack of consideration by Royal T Management.
I've lived here just shy of two years, and if it wasn't for a new job I would have stayed for twenty more! There's so many reasons I've enjoyed living here: Prescott Pointe is very pet friendly. There is even a dog park right here. Every apartment has a patio I can't hear my neighbors through the walls. All the buildings are single level, so there's nobody above or below you. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. Any work that needs to be done gets done quick. I've had the hot water heater, my AC unit, and my dishwasher all go or at different times and there was always someone there to that day. The people in the office are friendly and like to organize community social events. You're right near the highway, but you can't hear the highway traffic. The only con I can think of is that the parking lot can get very full. Each apartment has an assigned space, but at times people have had to park along the sides of the buildings. Walmart is just down the street, downtown Clovis (farmers markets, community events, and the rodeo grounds) is in walking distance, there's quick access to bike paths, and Clovis schools are top notch. I definitely enjoyed living here and I hope you do, too.
