I've been living here for a little over a month. I seriously don't have a single complain. I live in a mid rise building and just love living here so much. it is overall pretty quiet, and the property is just so beautiful! I haven't made it to any resident events yet, but really want to so that I can meet new people! It does truly feel like living on a resort. As a single female, I also feel VERY safe living here and walking my dog around the property by myself! Thank you Sara for everything you have done to help me!!

I’ve been working at The Preserve for just a week and it’s one of the most beautiful properties I’ve seen in all of Tampa! They have a great selection of floor plans and the bedrooms and closet spaces are huge. The location is so close to everything and with all the amenities and fun variety of resident events, it’s almost impossible to have a chance of boredom. I have lived in my apartment for over 2 years and love everything about it. I attend most of the incredible resident events they have each month and go to the pool every weekend. With all of the amenities it genuinely feels like you're on vacation 24/7! The apartments have great layouts, everything was very clean when moving in and they seem to always have fun resident events going on throughout the month! The office staff is always very welcoming and helpful when you need anything, especially Sara and Jordan! I would 10/10 recommend :)

The Preserve at Alafia is beautiful! The amenities are amazing: a nature preserve with walking paths nearby, a dog park, hammocks, free kayak rental, a pool with an amazing view by the river, fire pits, and a free coffee bar! There are a variety of monthly/weekly community events such as breakfast on the go, card making, wine tastings, blood donations, and food trucks! There is also the opportunity to try out yoga and meditation classes for free! Once you become a resident, you become a "VIP" and get to enjoy discounts at a variety of local businesses. The application process was easy, and the staff is amazing—bubbly, positive, and upbeat! We received free welcome gifts at move in time as well which was such a nice surprise! The Preserve at Alafia is such a safe, clean, (did I mention pet friendly!?), and beautiful place to be—I'm so happy to call it our new home! I would 100% recommend!

From the moment we set foot in the complex, we were impressed by its well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. Our leasing experience was guided by Sarah. Sarah's friendly and patient approach made us feel right at home from day one. As first-time leasers, we had many questions and concerns, but Sarah's clear explanations made the process effortless. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way, making our transition into our new home seamless. I just moved in a few days ago... I had the most amazing experience with all the staff. There is nothing more enjoyable than dealing with people who generally enjoy what they do. I was lucky enough to have been able to be helped by all the ladies in the office, but Sara mainly stuck out. She was so polite, informative, quick with responses, professional, and was a delight when showing us around the community. Thank you all and especially Sara for the most amazing experience at Preserve at Alafia -- I am looking forward to a wonderful year and maybe extended :)

I just moved to the community in December, and I can wholeheartedly say I have never been happier! It is just what I need for my dog and I, with hiking trails and a dog park steps away from where I reside. I also love to stay fit and am more of a homebody. Conveniently there is a 24-hour gym and weekly yoga and fitness classes. After I finish my yoga, I always take a swim and soak up the river views in the hot tub. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice and it is the perfect community for anyone who wants to feel like they are living in a resort.

This is one of the prettiest and well cared for grounds I’ve seen safe too with gated access. The office staff has been top notch, courteous and responsive to any inquiries or questions I’ve had. Love love love the thoughtful ideas and events that they have for renters.

The office staff is attentive and welcoming and the property itself is beautiful. I always see the maintenance team working hard and they do quality work. The views are great and the location is easy to get to everything I need.

My wife and I moved from out of state and found this hidden gem on the Alafia River. Lots of amenities, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance guys are fast and professional. We love our new apartment.

The Preserve at Alafia has very modern apartments with hardwood floors and up to date appliances. They are convenient to both I-75 and I-4 as well as a plethora of shopping and eating establishments. The office staff is professional and works diligently to serve the residents.

We moved here from Ohio in January and we feel like we won the lottery! This place is amazing! They have cornhole, disc golf, a putting green, and complimentary kayaks. They even have a wrapping paper station to wrap gifts. It definitely, a resort feel to this community. The prices are a little high, but they are in the same price range as everywhere else we looked. We couldn't be happier that we moved here. The sunset views are amazing!

I just moved here from Gainesville, and I already love it! The amenities here are amazing, the pool and hot tub are right on the Alafia River! There is also kayaking, a clubhouse, 24/7 gym, mini golf… the list goes on! My apartment is also gorgeous! I live in a Wisteria floorplan; it is so spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment is also updated with new appliances like smart home technology (Nest thermostat and Smart lock), washer and dryer, and stainless-steel appliances! The leasing office has also been fantastic. They have been so helpful and accommodating with my move ?? I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place with great amenities, staff, and apartments.

It's okay for the view and grounds. My wife and I just signed a lease and already have a ton of problems to deal with. It's hard getting hold of anyone. This place is not worth the stress.

I live here currently and I love it! I have a catahoula dog and she's extremely happy here also! The pool is amazing and the kayak and canoe rentals are HUGE for me and my boyfriend! The apartment is beautiful & I have granite and wood floors. They have the 80 acre preserve that is amazing to walk through, I take my dog back there all the time. Not to mention their dog park she loves! Oh I forgot to mention they also have wine down Wednesdays here and its FREE wine and snacks! I would recommend living here, its a lovely place to live. The bad reviews I've seen online people write I don't understand because I honestly love living here & have never had any issues.
I went to visit the Preserve at Alafia after a terrible experience at a Lincoln Property. I met with Nate the sale representative and he provided me a wonderful experience. He took his time showing me the property, the apartment, discussing amenities and all fees. We discussed how I could get the colored wood floors in the apartment that I wanted on the move in dates that I wanted and the price was great. I left there feeling so good, I couldn't stop thinking about the Preserve at Alafia and I am ready to move in now. However my move in date is not until 8/30th so I will have to stay excited for a little while longer. I have told all of my friends about this great apartment and all of the wonderful amenities that I am looking forward to. Let me share: I am looking forward to Wednesday night Wine tastings and weekends of free yoga, I am also looking forward to weekends on the Bay where I get to utilize the complimentary kayaks, paddleboats and hammocks. I went to visit the Preserves and met with Nate - he provided me the best experience ever! Nate was professional and explained everything to me*** He walked me thru the apartment and allowed me to take my time. I loved the apartment as soon as I walked thru the door, it was clean and very well decorated - GREAT SHOWING! The amenities made me feel like I was visiting a resort - being on the Bay is absolutely calming! The hammocks, the kayaks, the wine tastings and more. I loved this place so much I went home and called my friends and family to tell them what a great find, I was so excited. I can't wait to move in.
