Great complex. Always clean and well maintained. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive. My apartment has new appliances (I’m obsessed with my dishwasher) neighbors are friendly and it’s super close to everything you could need from grocery stores, restaurants, highways and the nature preserve.

The best apt complex I've lived at thus far. I feel very fortunate to have lived in a safe, clean, and beautiful community next to the preserve, which is quite convenient for those aspiring to live an active lifestyle. I'm moving out due to personal reasons, but I will keep them in mind for future reference. It's fair to say Arbor Hills has a wonderful team, from the maintenance staff to the leasing office, I have nothing but positive things to say about each and every one of them. It has been 3 years of peace and tranquility, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Plano area.

This is my first home since I became a resident of Texas last year after leaving military service. I had a choice between this apartment or The Bridge. I was very fortunate to choose this apartment and have not regretted my decision so far. Rent is fair for the square footage size I want. Safe and secured gated community. Great swimming pool with grill. Fitness gym. Nice views with balcony. Great distance for shopping places, grocery, movie theaters, and restaurants. A popular nature preserve park right next the apartment to enjoy nature and walks.

We appreciate the resident-focused support we receive from all staff members, including the office personnel and maintenance team members. Julissa is a wonderful, professional Community Manager. April, in her role as Resident Experience Manager (REM), makes sure our questions and concerns are addressed. Devon is always attentive in the main receiving area and quick to help or get the proper resources. Jerome, Elder, and Jose respond to our maintenance requests as quickly as possible. On the rare occasion the problem isn't resolved immediately, they always provide regular updates and estimated times for next steps or final resolution. Our neighbors are all friendly, courteous, and respectful of the area's quiet time. We are daily, frequent walkers. The staff and most of the community always wave and say hello as they pass us in the parking lot. We love the proximity to local retail, restaurants, and entertainment. We travel a lot and love the convenience of DFW from the complex.

Beautiful and quiet area
I love the team at arbor hills preserve who take care of everything when asked. Love the beautiful area facing the preserve which is a quick walk. Love how close it is to awesome restaurants and grocery stores. Amenities are amazing from bbq grill to the coffee and pool table for residents.

Gorgeous, well-maintained property with mature trees and beautiful landscape next to a nature preserve. Apartments are remodeled every few years and always in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are answered quickly. Have lived here 10 years and have upgraded to new units a couple of times, always loving my apartments. Highly recommend!

Property is well maintained, renovated, up-to date, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, quiet, lots of trees and shrubbery, maintenance responds promptly, pool and BBQ area is like a resort, nicely kept dog park, neighbors are all friendly and watch out for each other, just love it here.

I have lived at Cortland Arbor Hills for almost two years and have been very pleased with the complex, the office staff and the maintenance staff. They are friendly and helpful and handle things promptly, and the grounds are always clean and attractive.

This property is old, but well upgraded and renovated. The only issue is the square footages are very small and the apartments are not sound proof.management is very sweet and the best I have ever experienced. Maintenance is professional as well. They team is doing their best to get residents comfortable. But some of the issues cant be fixed unless they rebuild. My only frustration is the I hear everything from my neighbors above me and my square footage is very small.

The preserve was an amazing community until Cortland took over. Once they took over it was clear that they become all about their money and less about their tenants. The family feel is now gone, the upgrades are beyond cheap and the rental rates are increasing. You dont even get what you pay for here.

Overpriced apartments with much potential but will not withstand the competition in the long run without paying attention, especially with the premium rent prices they are charging for this particular community. Sad because the people here are awesome, especially April and Edward and the maintenance team. I am overpaying significantly for the quality of life here.
