This community is filthy. The buildings are not cleaned regularly, there is a constant stench in the building from it not being cleaned, The elevators are always filthy, The trash that we pay a maintenance fee for monthly is always overflowing and sprawled out on the sidewalk in front. The community is non-smoking and I have to walk through a cloud of nicotine every morning and afternoon like clockwork to get into the building I reside in. If that is not bad enough, my ceiling started leaking on my while sleeping because the community has not repaired the roof in some time. The issue is not responsiveness as the community does respond, but they do not take action! The issue is getting things done! I have been told for 6 months that the root cause of these issues would be addressed and resolved. As I write this today nothing has changed.

I have had the best experience at the Preserve so far. Maxwell and Jay made the application and move in process very easy for me. Jay and Maxwell are very responsive. My apartment is all I wish it would be. I signed a 15 months lease.
I would not recommend this place. This place used to be a nice community, however, after management change in 2020 this place went down hill. After 4 years living here I will definitely consider to move.
Overall the apartment itself is fine. I've been here a year. Maintenance is quick, the apartment feels safe and it stays clean. However, there has been residue weed smell in some of the 1st floors and elevators. However, my ultimate biggest complaint is the loud car noises! There are several residents (and their friends, I presume) that rev their engines very loudly, sometimes with pop, pop, pop several times a day (there are multiple cars) and into the night. Prime time is 8pm to midnight but it happens in the morning and afternoon too. In addition, there also seem to be drag racers almost every night on Caton Hill Road. I've been here a year and have heard this almost every night except when it's raining or snowing. It's too bad because this is a decent place to live. The Preserve has tried to address this but I've noticed some of these cars don't have license plates and are probably visitors. Besides that, I've heard a few neighbors fighting but this was quickly resolved. The 9 foot ceilings help a lot with that. If it weren't for the relentless car sounds (coming from the drivers who have no regard or respect for residents) I would rate it as a 4. (Not 5 because it is pricey). However, the drag racing on Caton Hill Road is not the apartment's fault.
So far I love the community. I've only been here a week and have had a very pleasant experience. Met quite a few of my neighbors who were much older so that gave me a huge since of relief in hopes of a peace and quiet.
Living at Catons Crossings has been an amazing experience so far. Its my first apartment and Im highly pleased with not only the staff but the location and my unit also! High ceilings, crown moldings and best of all I got a unit WITH NO CARPET. Thanks for making life a bit easier :)
This apartment buildings are in a great location. We love it here. Has a fitness center, and plenty other amenities. We love living here.
The apartment has high ceilings. Extremely nice and considerate neighbors. Facilities are well kept. Staff is awesome! Parking is never an issue. Trash is always taken out and never out of control. Dog areas and the trash baggies are included! Close to everything you could need. Perfect for the commuter. Just a great place to rent.

We are very happy with the office and maintenance staff here! Work orders are attended to in a very timely manner and the support that we receive from the office is comforting. The apartments are clean and well kept, the main lobby and hallways in our building are vacuumed and mopped often and always smell pleasant. This is a great place to live!
