I enjoy being part of this community. The ladies in the office does an excellent job communicating with the residents. Through emails. Creating different activities for the community so we can have an opportunity to connect with other residents. The maintenance team does a great job, taking care of any issues you might encounter in your apartment.

The maintenance are great. They always do there best to get the job done. The overall staff have always responded to my calls without wait. I can say they try to satisfy all my problems. Thank you

Been living here for over 5 years. I’ve enjoyed the whole experience. The ladies in the office creating different events, so the residents can socialize together. Just recently a candle making event.

What I like about living here is it's very quiet and the staff is always willing to do their best to help sloves any problems you may have.

I really like living at Preserve at Mill Creek. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are quiet and beautiful. It's also in a really convenient location - close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, there's plenty of parking, which is a big plus for me. Here are some of the things I like most about living here: Easy access to shopping and restaurants: There are tons of stores and restaurants nearby, so it's easy to find what you need without having to go far. Excellent walkability: The neighborhood is very walkable, so I can get around easily without having to get in my car. Access to Ivy Creek Greenway: The greenway is a great place to go for a walk, run, or bike ride. Plenty of parking: I never have to worry about finding a parking spot. Responsive office and maintenance staff: The staff is always quick to respond to any issues I have. Overall, I've had a great experience living at Preserve at Mill Creek. It's a great place to live if you're looking for a convenient and walkable location with plenty of amenities. Of course, these are just my own experiences, and your mileage may vary. But I would definitely recommend checking out Preserve at Mill Creek if you're looking for an apartment in Buford.

I have been part of this community for 5 years. I have enjoyed being part of this community. Just renewed my lease for another year. The ladies in the office are very nice and supportive of your needs. They are consistently creating different experiences for the residents. So it makes you feel like you are part of a community. The maintenance group carries themselves in a very professional manner. I would be willing to refer anyone to this community, because of the ladies in the office and maintenance staff. Doing what they can do to make this enjoyable experience.

Wendy was excellent from beginning to even after the move in process very friendly, informative, and helpful. She has made my move in experience feel grand. The leasing office and maintenance staff are exceptional!

I truly enjoy this community. The way they treat me. They always handle themselves in a very professional manner. When I issue a work order, the maintenance department always gets to me in a timely manner. Dave comes in and evaluate the situation and does what’s needed to get it completed. I had a couple of extra things I had noticed and showed them to him and he took care of them.

I have lived here for more than 6 years and I never had any problems. It’s a nice place aways clean and the stuff has always been helpful. If rent slows down I’m hoping to stay another 6 years or more.

Truly enjoy being part of this community. The fact that you can put in a work order in the morning and they respond in a timely manner. And they do everything they can to make sure the work order is complete in the same day.

Convenient location, quiet community but really need to improve common areas maintence to ensure clean spots (pool, breezeways). Is not a friendly kids community, the playgrounds has been in construction all year and is not finished yet.

My roommates and I needed to move in very quickly since our first apartment choice fell through. Vanessa helped us through the process and we were in our apartment, unpacked in just a couple days! While we did have a few appliance issues upon move in, the office and maintenance staff worked together to get everything fixed as quickly as possible. We’re now settled in, happy, and couldn’t be more thankful to the team at Preserve at Mill Creek!

Property is very well kelp and we really enjoy the ivy creek trail. Maintenance is very responsive and attentive to what our needs are. The ladies up from are very sweet and quick to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Plan to renew my lease for another year!

This property is beautiful. The maintenance and office staff are very attentive and fix my issues quickly! I 100% recommend! Updated apartments and they are building a family fun center area with a new playground and just added a dog park! Me and my pup are so happy here! Plus great scenery all around!

I don’t have any complaints about this place, except they don’t consider our rental history to renew and do us like brands new. But that’s like everywhere as far as I saw it. I love the trail, location and the staff.

Great Office Staff's always informative- Maintenance Staff always respond efficiently and professionally. conveniently close to everything, ie: shopping restaurants and major highways within 10 minutes.

Pros: Safe, quite, good amenities, front office staff is very nice and easy to work with. Cons: Poor cleanliness, trash, pests.

They’re very good with communication through email on expectations and cleanliness of the complex. The landscaping always looks great and it’s a nice quiet area to live. Beautiful trails (Ivy Creek) right near the property to go walking/running without having to drive anywhere. They’re maintenance is friendly and timely with requests.

This has been my home for several years. I have always found all of your staff to be courteous and helpful, and I truly appreciate them.

No way I would recommend moving here. The property has gone down hill in a major way. Constant smell of weed, patty’s at the pool all night on the weekend, loud residents that management won’t do anything about, gates constantly broken, and dirty property. It used to be okay, now it seems no one cares.

Don’t let the pictures and the newly renovated front office fool you. I have consistently dealt with the smell of weed, loud music, shady neighbors, broken gates, unattended children, improper working A/C, incomplete work orders and overall crappy management for the last 2 years.

This is a lovely place to live! Everyone has privacy, but there is still a sense of community. Most important, the maintenance staff is great as is the the management staff!

Enjoy living here. Just renewed my lease for another year.
