This is the first time living in FL the past few years that I had no hesitation in renewing my year-long lease. The apartment is fine, we have not had any major issues. We are really impressed with the maintenance team, they are on top of every request we put in and complete it in a timely manner. The management is not the best, they can be rude and not understanding of situations. We have had several negative interactions with them honestly.

Very peaceful apartment complex. Very well kept , & nice staff. The outside pool area could use a few more things to do .Idkk maybe like a clubhouse or more grills, a hot tub , or stay open later than 6pm. A playground would be super nice.

Just moved in. Staff was great. Haven't used pool yet or grills or fire pit but definitely will.we have a one car garage and that is very convenient.

Clean apartments. Well maintained landscape. Quick to respond maintenance staff. Pleasant front office personal. Plenty of community events. I just wished they would get the security gates working. After being here for 2 yrs, they only worked for the first 3-4 months after we moved in and have been nonoperational since.

Love the complex so far. My family had a great time at the pool. The only problem we have had was a few roaches upon move in but maintenance has taken care of that already.

Starting I had very bad experience as the water in my apartment was smelling, then house was not cleaned well, even worst was corridors, Lint was everywhere. After complaints, I was able get someone to clean it up. Now after 3 weeks, all looks fine and we are trying to get used to the new place.

Living here has been good. The maintenance staff is friendly and fixes any request in a timely manner. The office staff is helpful and shows compassion for the residents. The pool party we just had was so much fun. It would be nice to have gatherings for the residents every few months.

I've only been here a week but so far it's great. It's pretty quiet, the apartment itself is spacious and well played out. There is plenty of scenic area to walk my dog with a park within walking distance. So far I have no complaints.

The renewal of the pool is great, staff is great especially maintenance team! I wish the gates were back to working. Miss wellness Wednesday but at least we got the food trucks back!

I just moved in and my move in process was so smooth and for once I moved into a clean apartment. Tanya in the office was absolutely phenomenal and helped me through the entire process. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment complex is very well kept. The employees are so efficient . I was disappointed about the loss of the hot tub, but I hope the new renovations will be just as good as the old things to do.

Some things I really enjoy about the the community is the sidewalks that flow throughout. My dog has enjoyed walking the paths. The apartments itself are set up nicely and love the huge bathtub in the master bathroom. I haven’t got to go to pool or do any of the other amenities. The negatives have been how you can hear everything in the above apartment. It is so loud we have had to leave the apartment or we might have went crazy. The maintenance men are amazing and everyone is so friendly in the office.

noise pollution between apartments has really chipped away the charm of this place. every day for over a year u have to endure banging because there is no sound insulation in the apartments. probably won't be staying here after the lease is up

Over all great place to live, clean and quiet. Easy to get help if you need any and renewing a lease is made as easy as possible. The office is very understanding and wants to help when they can. Maintenance is awesome and comes in a timely fashion.

Now on four years here. I haven't had any issues. The pool area is nice, never a need to look for a parking spot because there is always one right in front of my apartment. Maintenance is on point if you ever need them.

I’ve lived here for a week now and I absolutely love my new home! Outside my apartment is beautiful and peaceful, with grounds well kept. I feel safe walking my dog at night and it’s well lit.

It's been about a year and a half of living here. It's really a great location when you are 20 minutes away from major malls: Internatiol, Citrus Park and Clearwater. Plus within 20 minutes of Oldsmar and Palm Harbor and 30 minutes from downtown tampa.

Still enjoying living in the Preserve at Mobbly Bay. Leasing office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful, I love my apartment and its location, complex is very dog-friendly, and I use the gym regularly and am glad to see the pool is open again.

It have been a great experience to live here. my kids love the just renewed pools and amenities. It would be a plus if it would've a park for the kids. But in general it's great to live here.

It would be nice if the landscaping for the entire complex were as nice as what it is up towards the office. The managers office is helpful and maintence requests are handled in a timely manner.

We are still in the process of moving in but so far everything been good. Application was easy and people in the office are nice and easy going . Community seem quiet. The area around the apartment complex I think are new.

Maintenance is amazing. Amenities are wonderful. Leasing office provides many incentives to stay and be apart of the neighborhood. Reason for star reduction is that cockroaches are a problem. Hoping that the new Orkin man solves it!

This is a nice place to live. The staff is freindly . Maintenance handles requests quickly. They are also pet freindly. SOmetimes the noise level can be distracting due to insulation sounds seem to echo through the corridors when working on roof, land maintenance etc

Everything is really good here. Never a parking problem. Maintenance is top notch. Wish the pool area was in a little better shape but they are working on it! Always clean and well kept up Definitely no complaints. Just never give anyone 5 stars. Going on 4 years here!
