Terrible management
Carpets are to be cleaned free of charge every year, it’s never done. They CONSTANTLY lose documentation on units. The online method to pay rent does not have the same service fee for all. Some pay $2/$3 more. Two years ago it wasn’t great but it definitely wasn’t as crappy as it is now. The office people change daily and the price of rent fluctuates just as often. If you can find ANYWHERE else do it! This is a last resort option to move into.

Overall ok, but needs more improvement.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, maintenance is required frequently with issues inside.. Ex. A/C, refrigerator leaking. Trash outside always overflowing. Just needs thoseimprovements and it would be awesome.
