The apartment community is good but lacks a maintenance team. So if in case you are renting the apartment, make sure you check everything in the apartment before moving-in and have all fixed otherwise it'll be a pain to resolve/ fix small things.

Location that is out of the thick of the city, front office is friendly and assists with any issues we've had in a timely matter. Maintenance requests can be placed online and usually gets handled within 48 business hours, and sooner if its an emergency. Costs are good for the quality of the units and service you get.

The Preserve at Rolling Oaks is a diverse Community with many floor plans to choose from, fitting the needs of most everyone. I appreciate being able to have my own Garage that enters directly in to my apartment! The property is landscaped and pleasant with "mini parks" giving a wonderful sense of "Nature" and, the Office is responsive to requests and always cheerful and willing to help.

Preserve at Rolling Oaks is a beautiful property thats well-maintained with lots of mature landscaping, friendly neighbors and a super responsive staff. Its location is very convenient to lots of shopping, restaurants and several major thoroughfares that give you lots of options for getting around town. Its such a great place to call home, I chose to move back to Preserve at Rolling Oaks when I moved back to Austin this Fall.

I enjoy living here because of the outside surroundings, but if snake mitigation measures are not sufficiently taken, then this lessens how the outdoors can be fully enjoyed by the tenants. I have repeatedly requested how the grass and brush should be mowed down along the fence line between building 14 and 26 and this never gets done.

Preserve at Rolling Oaks is a pretty nice, quiet, safe community. There are two dog parks, a small but efficient gym, and 2 very nice pools. The location is kind of weird - right between Austin & Round Rock on a street with pretty much nothing else on it, but its near a large HEB, Target, Walmart and La Frontera.

The quietness and AMAZING pools are by far the best part about living here. The grounds are clean and very nice to walk around in along with the wonderful fitness center. I feel very relaxed when coming home. The staff is considerate and nice and I always have a good interaction with them. I do have a longer commute to work but it is worth it due to the relaxing environment with very good amenities.

I have had many problems with the apartment that was assigned to me, since I arrived I requested a change of apartment since the carpet that it has is in very bad condition, it has a smell of urine and animal excrement, it had fleas, then it broke the bathtub and it took more than two months for it to be repaired while we all used a single bathroom and well many other things

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment community for the last two years. We are always welcomed with smiles. We are sent notifications and reminders for our needs. We enjoy both swimming pools and we also utilize the gym frequently.

I have lived at the Preserve at Rolling Oaks for many years. As a single female, this lifestyle and amenities on the property suit me. I have always been well taken care of and have always felt safe. The property and grounds are always kept up. Rare have any criminal activities taken place at the apts. I think the majority of people that live here are nice people with professional careers.

I have moved to a new place every year for the past 6 years. This community is by far the best I have lived in. The ladies up front are very sweet and helpful. The apartments are well kept and clean and the pools are very nice.

Really have loved living at The Preserve at Rolling Oaks for many years. Beautiful, well maintained buildings and grounds. Courteous, respectful, and friendly staff. Everyone takes pride in their work. Admin staff and maintenance are determined to get it right. If they need assistance, they are smart enough to ask someone who can educate and share an alternate solution fix the problem. I respect & appreciate everyone here. They have a find a way or make a way attitude! I am truly grateful.

Grounds are nice. Dog parks need upgrading. Units look nice, though upgraded with flimsy fixtures to look pretty.
