Mi esposo y yo estamos muy pero muy contentos con nuestro primer hogar, cuando empezamos nuestra relación y decidimos mudarnos juntos, en muchos lugares no nos daban noticias prometedoras, hasta que llegamos a Preserve At Steele Creek, nos abrieron sus puertas permitiendonos disfrutar de cada una de sus instalaciones, con la mejor acogida y amabilidad, ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Las personas de la oficina, las personas de mantenimiento siempre dispuestos a poder ayudarnos con cualquier situación que se presente. Estamos agradecidos, ademas es una zona buena de muchos puntos referentes, farmacias, outlet, tiendas, escuelas, parada de bus, etc. El paisaje los árboles la conexión con la naturaleza son únicas, un buen lugar para vivir aquí en Charlotte. I Been at this Complex for 3 years and it’s been a great place that I can call home. It’s comfortable and the neighbors are nice. After a long Day at work it feels good to come home and be in my sanctuary. Management been awesome Kim and Amy when it’s been stressful times they been there for me and that means a lot. So if your looking for a Beautiful place to live Come to Preserve at Steele Creek. Asia :)

I moved in just a couple months ago and I can say I haven’t had any issues with this place. It’s so comfortable and friendly. Any concerns I have are resolved that same day . Definitely a place to call home!

The maintenance staff work very hard for us all. They are respectful and responsive.

This community was flexible with their criteria to allow my family and I to move in and was efficient and effective with getting our home ready for us! I will be forever grateful. Great location, staff and amenities! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME.

I would like share my experience for an apartment transfer. My Mother requires daily care and the apartment accommodations were met for her bathroom as well as the setup where she can use her walker more freely. I cannot express enough the friendliness of the maintenance staff, office staff and the neighbors. If you are looking for a new location with great amenities as well as price for the size of the apartments please set up a tour you will not be disappointed.

I really like my space here at the Preserve. I am close to the pool and club house. I can pop in for a friendly conversation or an issue I need to be resolved any time. The maintenance guys are fast, smart and friendly. Alway greet me with a wave and friendly greeting from their work carts as they whiz by to the next Maintenace ticket on their schedule. Management at this complex goes above and beyond for its residents. When I arrived they were super friendly, inviting, and helpful during the move in. Afterwards, I had a problem with the AC a few days later. I called, they were there within the end of day and had it up and running again for me! The community here is lovely and highly interactive. The pool and gym are two of my favorite amenities they have. They are both really clean and relaxing after a long day at work!

I moved in April of 2021 from out of state. I was in a 3 bedroom then moved to 1 bedroom with sunroom. Maintenance is awesome. Office staff is outstanding! Kim and Amy are amazing. Convenient location. Good neighborhood. So glad we found Preserve at Steele Creek.

The office is always ready to help you with everything you need, I really feel satisfied that if I have any problem they can help me instantly, I like living here, a nice place for a comfortable price.

I am absolutely amazed by the incredible experience I've had living in my apartment complex. The staff is simply outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents have everything they need. Their willingness to help is truly commendable, and it's such a relief to know that I can rely on them whenever I have a question or concern. Not only that, but the staff is incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome and valued as a resident. Additionally, the property is exceptionally safe, providing a secure environment that allows me to feel at ease. The sense of community here is unparalleled, and with its warm and inviting atmosphere, my apartment complex truly feels like home.

Great community, its safe and the office is always helpful and good value for the area. All my service requests have been completed on time as well.

Finding my first ever place on my own was extremely stressful. However Jessica and the whole team here made the process so much better and easy. The property is gorgeous and has a nice peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to it. If you're looking for somewhere you could possibly spend the rest of your life, it very well could be right here!

I have been here for almost 3 months and my family and I just love it here. Everything is convenient. Office staff are great especially Kim who did my move in. Maintenance staff are the best, always on time when I needed something fixed in my home. Thank you to all the staff at PSC, you all are AWESOME.

I stayed there for 1 year. Everything was good. I like the facilities,Staffs the only problem was the increase in price per year was maximum. I still remember the supervisor of the Maintenance team Anthony , he always make sure everyone in the apartment has no any issues.He is a very good human.

I moved in recently, and for the price it’s great! The management in the office definitely treats their residents as a priority. Any issue I have it is fixed immediately. I’ve never lived on the first floor so I do have to worry about water bugs sometimes, but all I have to do is get pest to Spray and I have no more issues, that’s to be expected at an older property and ground level. I’m not worry about safety as it seems safe in our neighborhood. It’s been great here so far, my family and I are happy !

I have lived there for two years and decided to move after their current management took over. Community is a good place to live in but beware of maintenance people and management charge you for maintenance items that are considered normal wear and tear. When they knew we are moving they even got worse and charged us on the move out for Carpet cleaning!!!!! broken blind slat (which was cracked from the sun for two year)!!!! cleaning the bath tub!! Come on! is this the thank you for being a resident for two years. Totally unsatisfied.

went in just to check out an apartment today! and i was in for a treat... i had the honor of meeting erika and boy was she friendly.. she showed me this amazing apartment that i almost couldnt say no to, answered all my questions, very friendly, personable and relatable.. enjoyed her company today. you guys are definantly on the top of my apartment list! hope to be coming back to sign the lease in may 2015... p.s. WHAT EVER THE MANAGEMENT DO. DOOOO NOOOTT LEEEETTT ERIKA GO!!! LOL

From the first day I came to look at the apartments, through the day I moved in I encountered nothing less then great customer service, and found a beautiful apartment at a very good price. There is Nothing that I do not like about my apartment, this community, or the neighborhood. Absolute wonderful place to Live!

This is the best community to reside In. The staff is very friendly and will go out their way to help your needs.THE LADY'S ARE KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.EVERYDAY I witness the mantience crew hard at work.They really do keep this community clean and in order.It is very,very quiet in this community.The residents are great.

I have lived here since 6 months after they opened their doors. We have gone through some changes and growth as any place does, but I want to say that the staff they have here now is better than anywhere I have lived. Any issues I have (which is minimum) are addressed promptly and courteously. The leasing office always greets me with smiles and jokes regardless how often I stop by or how many times a day I drop in. The maintenance crew is on top of their game and the property is always clean and picked up and in good repair. The courtesy officers (would like to mention Jason by name) is very professional and polite at every turn and every situation. I could throw a rock in any direction and hit a place to go shopping and we are a bikes ride away from Lake Wiley, what more could you ask for. I will and often do mention and brag about this place to people I know.

I have being living at this location since 2009. We recently just changed owners; and I was worried about the outcome of this property. The staff replacements provides A+ service with noticeable improvements. The maintenance staff also is quick to take care of any apartment issues. Great job Team Preserve!

I have been a resident here for over 2 years & talk about convenience!! Only 1 mile from the newest Mall in Charlotte, close by all major interstates(485,85,&77), minutes from SC where I go for gas fill ups. Not only all of this but its more of a suburb feel which is so rare to find in Charlotte. When it comes to customer service I will honestly say the property manager Ashley has really wowed me over the past couple of months! from the amazing new look with our exterior paint, special upgrade feature she offered me when I decided to renew my lease this year & certainly updates us residents with community news & events. Maintenance staff is always there to help & accommodate all of my requests within in such speedy time. Danny a current maintenance tech absolutely has gone above & beyond to ensure I'm happy with my apartment here for example he recently came by on a Saturday to assist me hang all 3 ceiling fans in each room including my gorgeous sunroom! From the 24hr fitness room, perfect grilling areas with accommodations to gather with friends/family for an outside event, recently expanded dog park, & my favorite of all outside gas fire pit to sit comfortable & enjoy the scenery. Needless to say I have no intentions on moving anytime soon & satisfied with my decision to renew another year here.

The apartments I viewed were very clean and spacious with new ameneties. The office staff were especially friendly and I liked that they accept pets.

You do not want to live at Preserve at Steele Creek Apartments! This place is loud (walls are thin, children scream as they play outside in the evenings and on weekends, and the outside AC units can be heard from inside your apartment every time they come on). Furthermore, parking close to your apartment is difficult in the evenings, and rush hour traffic outside the complex, both in the morning and evenings, is gridlocked.
