Property Ratings at Preserve Parc
There are many things that I’m pleased with in this complex. First of all the office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is excellent. I have good neighbors and a great view and I’m glad to see that our lawn is looking better. It’s now green and not just all weeds. My only complaint is our breezeways. They are so stained and dirty. The people that pick up the trash drip liquids from the garbage bags all through the breezeways. I clean the stains outside my door, but I’m embarrassed to bring guests through the breezeway to my apartment. Our breezeway looks like low rent housing. I wish we could do something about that. The residents are good about putting their trash in the cans, but the people that pick up the trash are the ones that do the damage.

Thank you for the review. I appreciate your kind words about the staff.
Location is fantastic! Apartments are outdated and need to be refurbished inside and out. Parking is terrible. The perks of local food trucks setting up in the complex is nice, landscaping and building maintenance needs attention especially the “gated community” portion, quite often the gates won’t open or they are left open, and security is an issue.

Thank you for the review. If you are having issues, please contact the office.
I love this community and all it has to offer. The office staff and management are beyond amazing as well as the maintenance team. The grounds are kept up very well and they always have beautiful landscape. I feel safe here and truly at home.

Glad you enjoy it here. Thank you for the 5 stars.
I’m a new resident to the neighborhood as I have moved in just last week, however, the few interactions I’ve had with staff and member if the community have been great. Any small issues were addressed readily and there are many community building events that seem to be hosted here. I am thoroughly looking forward to my futu Lee living here.

And we are looking forward to having you. Thank you for the review.
When my wife and I first moved in, we was touch by the positive greeting with the neighbors and residents in the surrounding buildings. Everyone was telling us how the community and the exciting activities that happens here. Along with the peaceful atmosphere this has us excited for our current stay here.
The staff and neighbors are so nice and it’s so peaceful and quiet. I Love This community!! Applying for the property was easy and simple. They have a lot of amenities and it is worth paying for!
So far so good. My husband and I just been living here since 9/4. Everything is beautiful.. Can wait to try out the club house and swimming pool. All our neighbors in our building have been really nice. One of the neighbors even gave us a bottle of water.
Rented from out of state, site unseen with the help of the leasing office. Everything went super smooth. Arrived and was pleasantly surprised. The apartment looked even better than I thought, based on pictures. Also, it might be normal for others, but to me it feels like being pampered with trash valet, food/coffee truck events, other community events and super friendly and helpful staff and neighbors.
As I have said in the past, I very much enjoy my apartment and my experience here. I especially want to give high praises to the office staff and the maintenance staff. Their second to none. I do though want to share two concerns that I have. One, the residents are required to put their trash in the containers so they do do not leave stains on the cement, but the people that pick up the trash gather them from each floor and set them on the cement and leave terrible terrible stains. Our breezeways look disgusting . I’m ashamed to have visitors come because they look so terrible. I spent an hour cleaning the cement outside my apartment a week ago and now it’s all stained again because they set the trash bags down and let them leak all over the cement. It doesn’t do any good for the residence to obey the rules if the trash people don’t. Two. The mulch areas do not look good. Most of them have one or 2 almost dead shrubs in them. It’d be better to take them all out.
The best apartment living experience I've had is here. It is why we have stayed for a few years. Bethany in the office is fantastic. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Beautiful area.
This overall is an amazing place to live. Staff is very helpful and caring. Close to a plethora amount of amenities, especially Walmart and some amazing food places.
Great views, nice apt, friendly staff and fast to address any issues. I would definitely recomend to a friend or any one just new to town take a look at the lay outside
This has been an amazing move, from the application process, to the move in setup, to Present day. I do not have any regrets.. They have gained a resident for a long time….
Great application and move in process! Was seamless and easy. Awesome amenities which I can’t wait to use. Very convenient location and near schools.
The property its self could use some cleaning like a good pressure washing on the buildings and hallways. When comes to resident maintenance and fixing things in the apartments you get top notch service. They are quick and pleasant. Wish the same care was given to the outside.
So far, the best place I have lived. Quiet and safe and a lot stores close. 5 min Walmart / 10 min Publix/CVS Around 15 min to Hamilton place
We have lived here for three years and have absolutely loved it ! The front office staff Sam ,Mikayla, and Bethany are super sweet and always will help with anything you need !

Thank you for the review. Our staff is the best in the business.
I always felt comfortable with the staff and the community, but lately not anymore. Things have changed... I love nature and the singing of birds but it is not enough...
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
I'm sorry. What has changed? I don't understand your review.
Property is in great location, but the property amenities are lacking; valet trash is hit or miss, policing the pool area is nonexistent and being forced to take and pay for a lower quality internet service is unacceptable. Adding the package room was a plus but too little too late.
I moved almost across country, and the staff made the process very simple and accesible for me. I moved with two kids and two dogs, so it was a very long trip. I didn’t think I would make it in time to pick up my keys, but they were able to work things out so that I did not have to stay in another hotel, which was a very pleasant experience. My kids love the pools and the scenery. I love the outdoors and wildlife so this is a great place for that.
My experience with Preserve Parc was on point. Blaine is a very informative leasing manager He made me feel so at ease from the stress of moving in my new apt
Great place to Live with very responsive maintenance and friendly and knowledgeable management . Very well maintained property and convenient to stores and freeway

Beautiful property and apartments. The price the the same if not lower then other competitors, yet offers more on the property. Along with that there are not one but 2 pools and 2 gyms
We really like this apartment community, friendly people and clean area. Lease team always ready to help. Great renovated clubhouse and pool.

Thank you for the review. We're enjoying the renovations as well.
Great Experience live in this community for the past 6 years. The area and the care provided by the property management and maintenance staff is amazing!
We just moved in and the staff and facilities are just wonderful! Enjoying our new place! Blaine and Sammy made everything so easy and walked us through the program to explain everything about our new place!
Beautiful place overall and staff has been top notch when needed. Has all the things you need to make it nice living here. Prices, like everything else, continue to go up though making it hard to afford.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Prices everywhere and for everything. Unfortunately that is the world today. Thank you or the review.
We haven’t had very issues living here. The apartment is nice enough and maintenance is quick and responsive. We haven’t had any issues with noise but we don’t have anyone above us.
love the neighbors, how quiet it is, the closeness to shops and restaurants. The area is great to live in, the park is just across the street, if you want to catch a baseball game then it too is across the street.

We love the neighborhood too. Ooltewah is a great little town. Thank you for the review.
I moved in a couple of months ago,and the place is wonderful. It's very quiet and peaceful , I recommend this for anybody looking for an apartment, or moving to Oothewah area .Also the management here goes above and beyond.
It’s been great living here! The neighbors are very nice and the staff takes very good care of you. Only downfall is trying to find parking that’s close later at night.

Good place to live great community, great location awesome staff, neighborhood is nice, neighbors are friendly, prices could be lower tho, dog friendly
Not real happy for this review. As a matter of fact if I cannot purchase a home before my lease ends, I will consider another apartment complex in the area. Safety has become an issue and I was recently notified that I would have an additional $55.00 charge added to my account because the complex has decided to install Comcast internet boxes - I have EPB fiber and love it so, my understanding is the charge will be added whether I use the service or not. I also pay for valet trash service - there is no consistency. Maintenance is terrible, exterior lights are off and not replaced. Ooltewah/Collegedale is great but this complex down not hold to the standard of living for the area.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
I'm sorry if you are unhappy. The Comcast was a corporate decision. I hate to argue with you but our maintenance here is fantastic, as noted in 100's of other reviews. If you are having issues please stop by the office to discuss them with someone. We can't fix it if we don't know it's broke.
Very simple move in process. Clean apartment and very friendly staff. Amenities are very nice. They are currently upgrading the clubhouses. Several pools and gym included.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Preserve Clubhouse should be done this week! Thank you for the review.
I have loved living here! The amenities are great and the location is perfect for me. Everyone in the community is nice, I have not had any problems living here so far.
The office Staff is wonderful. They’re very helpful and the maintenance crew is also very good. They’re very prompt in taking care of a service request. I appreciate the pool being kept clean, although the landscaping around the complex could use some work. There are no more shrubs or very few left in the mulch areas. The breeze ways could use some steam cleaning and pressure washing. Of course, there will always be the dog problem. I have a great view from my apartment though and I’m overall very happy here.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Glad you are happy here. Thank you for the review.
So far so good, only issue is the heat in the shower doesn’t last at night but as long as you do it quick or shower in the morning you’ll be fine
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review. Please enter a work order so we know who you are and we can come take a look at the issue.
I dislike that you have to rent the clubhouse for $300 if you want to have company in it with you. We already pay monthly for amenities. The pools are taken care of very well. The gyms are nice. Convenient dog waste stations. I like the quality of our home.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
You only have to rent the Clubhouse for private events. It's $150. The other $150 is a cleaning deposit you get back as long as you clean up after your guests. You can have as many people at the Clubhouse as you want but it won't be reserved just for you.
Love the amenities. Grounds are well kept and clean. Love the pet stations scattered throughout the complex. Can't wait for summer to make use of the pool
Es súper chevere vivir aquí. Es muy bonito y tranquilo. Todo programado. El mantenimiento es muy bueno y la atención de la oficina es excelente
Very nice apartments and the leasing office are very understanding and sweet. If you need help with anything they are always willing and pleased to help. Love living here.
Beautiful community. Helpful staff. We looked at many communities and felt most welcomed here! They even have a service where they will paint accent walls for you - and what a beautiful job they did in our unit.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Glad you like your accent walls. And thank you for the review.
Love living here! The staff is awesome. Maintenance are rockstars and grounds are well maintained. Events are always fun and well planned! Highly recommend!
We’ve only been here a week but the trash wasnt picked up and the light outside our place is burnt out. I’ll notify maintenance to replace and see how it takes them to do it. Other than that it’s been great!
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Sorry about the trash. The employee of our vendor had a hernia. We did get it worked out. Thank you for the review.
The apartments are clean and have great fixtures and finishes. The location is great as you have access to collegedale and Ooltewah and are close to Chattanooga and the Hamilton Place Mall as well.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review. Let us know how we can earn that 5th star.
Bethany is the BEST! She is so helpful and friendly! Plus, we love our new apartment and the amenities! Thus, far, our experience has been wonderful!
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Bethany is a rock star. Thank you for the 5 stars.
I very much enjoy living here. The office help especially our five-star. My only complaint is people with dogs do not clean up after them and the breezeways and stairs should be cleaned more often.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review. The maintenance team blows the breezeways once per week.
Great location and the complex is very walkable and appealing to the eye. I will take advantage of some of the amenities soon. Once you get to know Collegedale and Ooltewah you see how much is around the complex and area in general.
Property Manager at Preserve Parc, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review. Hope you enjoy exploring.
Me and my family love it here. We moved in on October 21, 2023. My daughter works about 5 minutes away. This area has so much for us to do and visit. We love the mountains.
