The staff are friendly, they answer questions quickly, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the place was decently priced for what you get.

Presidio is a very clean and beautiful complex. I just moved into my apartment. It has new carpet and seems to be freshly painted. It is spotless. The grounds are kept well and maintain. I love the feel of a secure complex. This place is gated. They have great amenities like a pool gym, laundry on site, car wash bike and walking trail. Those things are hard to find the community is close to grocery stores, shopping stations, etc. you should totally check it out it’s worth it you will not be disappointed, I’m happy with my decision to appear. I know you will be too.

Presidio offers nice amenities. The management is quick to fix any issues that arise and very professional. I feel very safe here with my two children. The only thing that would make it better is if there were a playground for smaller children.

I just moved in at the end of September and this place is nice! This is my first time being in West Virginia, so I didn’t see the townhouse in person until I moved. Area is quiet, nice location and secluded, which is perfect.

First off the management team answers the phone. I called other properties who either did not pick up the phone or did not bother to call back. This management team offered to show me the place before submitting an application on the same day. I was highly impressed with the professionalism. This townhome complex is by far the most well maintained and beautiful place I found in the Charleston area. The complex overlooks a beautiful view. The townhome was immaculate. The garage fits my vehicle with extra storage space. I highly recommend this property.
