Pressler Apartments

My boyfriend and I have lived here for two months and we’ve really enjoyed it so far. We’ve lived in two other apartment buildings downtown and this has definitely been our best experience (no cockroaches/scorpions in the unit, maintenance team has been so helpful and quick to respond, no noise issues, great location, etc).

I can’t state enough about living here. The residences are beautiful, the service outstanding and Gelacio the maintenance manager can not be matched . He gets it done. The location is the best.

I’ve lived here over two years and love it. The location is perfect. The maintainer requests are addressed quickly. The amenities are good. Although not the newest apartment complex, my unit feels cozy and homey.

Beautiful place to live. The location is next to shops and eateries. The amenities are great. The staff is cordial and respectful. The building is well kept. The layout of the apartments vary and are very unusual. I love coming into my apartment, With its long hallway and built-in shelves and high ceiling. I particularly like that the laundry has its own tucked in area. Love the built-in desk area. If you want nightlife, all you got to do is walk up a few blocks on sixth street. I love my view of downtown and west Austin from my balcony.

Great place to live, people complain about the train if you want my honest feedback but it doesn't bother me very much the windows are pretty soundproof and I get used to it

Pressler Apartments is top notch. The staff is warm and welcoming! The service team is immediately on top of any issue. It is located to everything imaginable, No need to look elsewhere when you have 5 stars under one roof in every department!

The maintenance guy is great. I love the location as well. The building is weathered and for the rent being charged the window cleanliness and the community events could be better.

I have loved living at the Pressler. My apartment is always the one closest to downtown so I have people over most of the time. It’s easy to get everywhere downtown Austin and walkable to the trail.

The staff and service team at Pressler apartments is outstanding. They go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I would not live anywhere else.

I was very pleased with the ease of my move in, I was out of state and was not going to be able to make it down to Austin prior to see properties. I was pleased with the virtual tour and they laid their availability in my price range out. Move in was made easy when the day came and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience.

I am truly enjoying my Pressler experience. The fact that it is within walking distance of not only downtown Austin but also Lady Bird Lake trails is absolutely amazing. The staff here is extremally helpful and diligent. Any time I have an issue or a question they are able to get me and answer or a situation resolved right off the bat.

The service team at Pressler is Outstanding! Everything is completed quickly and with quality! Gelacio and Jess are on top of making this the top apartment community in Austin!

Pressler is a great place to live and is perfectly situated close to downtown.

I am rating the complex 5 stars for one main reason. Mary Anne has been the most helpful leasing agent I could have ever asked for. I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. The rooms are nice, and the amenities are cool - but working with Mary Anne is what makes this place different than the rest.

Living at Pressler apartments has been great! The friends I have made within the building is amazing, the leasing team especially Mary-Ann & Zach along with the service team Gelacio & Jim is top notch.

Loud. Getting unsafe in the garage with break is and hit and runs. Longer maintenance responses. No longer providing the same level of maintenance service. Huge rent increases!

Wish I would have moved here sooner. The staff is so pleasant and on top of everything! The community is so clean which I love. Equipment in fitness center always working and pool area so pleasant.

Pressler apartments its a great community and a hidden gem downtown Austin. Beautifully maintained and great location. Leasing and maintenance staff are awesome as well!!!

Do not live here. It’s a terrible location, too far to really be walkable … mgmt is horrible. Worst, the units look nothing like the model pics they show. Mine had hardwood floors w carpet in the bedroom & closet. Instead I got one w cement floors throughout. Not cool, loft style cement. Think Home Depot floors or parking decks. Moved out immediately.

Pressler Apts is a great property, with super friendly staff and residents. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Austin in a hurry, with it being between Mopac and Downtown. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a relaxing environment with very few problems.

The location of The Pressler is perfect for getting to MoPac and downtown as well as UT. We love the pool and use the other amenities often.

I moved here from Lamar Union, which was a complete dump. I simply love living at Pressler. The staff at the leasing office is fantastic and the maintenance crew is always on top of their game. . . I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here.

I love Pressler Apartments. My partner and I were astounded by the value when we toured. We couldn't believe the price for the quality and proximity to downtown! We have a 2nd floor unit, right above retail, so we have concrete floors and an oversized balcony. We love the built in shelving along our hallway and in our restroom. The tile backsplash and custom accent lighting throughout adds a luxury feel. The unit is flooded with natural light from the south-facing wall with five floor-to-ceiling windows, but can be shut out well with the natural wood venetian blinds. Best of all, we love how small the community is! The mid-rise energy is friendly and courteous, and the management team knows and cares for the community well. The pool, gym, and lounge are modest in size, but I've never seen more than two residents using any amenity at any time. I'm not sure if our units are really well soundproofed, or if our neighbors are really quiet. I never hear anything from other units except the whir of a vacuum on occasion. I will note that, like anything else in the west downtown area, you will hear the train horn go by. Same story in the Seaholm high-rise where our friend lives. No complaints, and lots of love for this place.

Great location, nice units, responsive, friendly and professional staff

Overall my experience has been great. I moved here from out of state, sight unseen. I was not disappointed. The staff was very helpful, especially Katelyn. Katelyn made my transition from Kansas to Texas easier. She worked really hard to make sure I got a floorplan with a balcony that fit my budget.

The constant false fire alarms have been bad. Additionally the train noise wasn't disclosed to us but wakes us up multiple times a night. The staff is always nice and professional.

I have lived at Pressler since I moved to Austin three years ago, and I very happily just signed a fourth lease. The quality of Pressler Apartments - the apartments themselves and the property management - is outstanding.

A great community with a super responsive and caring front office. Katelyn and Corbin are terrific and it is a pleasure living here! Thank you!

Great place to live!

The staff, facilities and domiciles within The Pressler consistently exceed expectations. Some of my fellow residents are inconsiderate to the point that they are making the community unattractive to live at long term.

Living at Pressler is actually incredible. The location is a dream. My husband and I both walk to our jobs downtown. There are so many fun things to do all the time. For the location, the apartment is surprisingly very quiet. We've never had trouble with noise which is really important to us. The only small negative is that a lot of residents have dogs and there is only one small grass area outside. Besides that, everything is great. The management and office employees are always so responsive and friendly!

Great location, constant improvements and an EXCELLENT staff! If you're looking for an apartment in the downtown Austin area that has great amenities and friendly residents, this is the place! BTW, free parking in their garage... try finding that at other apartments in downtown Austin. Awesome community!

The Pressler apartments are at an amazing location very close to downtown, just a ten minute walk away from West 6th Street for some great nightlife. The facilities are beautiful. There's a great indoor courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs, and a grill, great for those hot Texas summers.
