Property Ratings at Preston Oaks
I lived here back in August , I wasn’t able to see my apartment until the EXACT DAY I SIGNED MY LEASE . . They tried to say it was because of “Covid” but come to find out the apartment that I was renting was INFESTED & I mean DISGUSTINGLY INFESTED with roaches !!! I came out of pocket $700 on finding my own pest control , spray & bombs to get rid of them , come to find out the WHOLE APARTMENT PROPERTY IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES . Even outside of a night you see them all in the parking lot & everything. . I stayed there for 3 weeks & ended up breaking my lease , 24 years I had NEVER dealt with roaches & I wasn’t gonna start now . . When I broke my lease they harassed me & STILL HARASS ME for back pay of $2,000 . . They even went so far to putting it on my credit . . I have so many pictures & videos of my roach infested apartment as proof , cause management tries to blame everything on you . . I even have EMAILS from me asking 4 times for them to spray, give me a another unit or give me my money back & they refused . READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING HERE , cause it’s not worth it . . I would of rather lived on the streets in a box then live there !

Its awful. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible. They dont answer the phone nor do they deal with maintenance issues in a proper amount of time. There are also roach and bed bug infestations in some of the units and they have to come spray every single week and most times it doesn’t even fix the problem. They blame everything on you instead of taking responsibility for their poor property.

BUGS every where, you can do any the book to make them go away its not going to happen. super horrible neighbors, every weekend its party, drinks and smoking outside. management don't care at all of the problem and nasty thing in the complex. Never live here

When my roommate and I lived here, there were roaches, plumbing issues which maintenance did fix but left a huge hole in our wall, they came in to fix things while we slept, the windows in the living room were screwed shut, the bathroom didnt have a fan so the walls got wet and it smelled of mildew and the lady at the front office tried to tell us our income had to be 4x the rent when it's actually only 2.5-3x the rent.
