Property Ratings at Preston Place
I have lived here for 3 months now, and I’m not having the best experience. They just shut your water off in the middle of the day without notifying you. And the parking is extremely horrible, which what they don’t tell you and your visitors don’t have nowhere to park. They also tow your car if you park anywhere else other than your own if someone haven’t parked in it. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash and broken appliances sitting outside the dumpster on the ground. They clean the pool once a week. I can not wait til my lease is up! Preston Place is totally NOT the best apartments at all!
I am a resident of Preston Place for the better part of four years. I found upon moving in that my apartment was spotless and in better than move-in condition. The management has always been top notch and extremely professional, which is rare when dealing with over 80 apartments in one complex and dealing with 80 different personalities. Service/repair is always quick and the job done right. Staff is always friendly. Would recommend without hesitation.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help me with any situation. The ladies are very polite and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quite. I absolutely love it here!
I first moved here in August of 2017. They said they had extra parking for me and my roommate because they were aware that it would be two of us. When we moved in their were two parking lots by the bank where there were suppose to be "extra" parking, but the bank took a lot back since I've been living here. The apartment complex is extremely noisy I always hear my neighbors. I've complained to the renters and they did NOTHING. I also here my neighbors upstairs always stomping on my head. The walls here are too thin and it's not worth what you're paying. I highly recommend choosing another apartment.
Parking is horrible and they will tow your vehicle and no one in the office cares if you didn't have a place to park. Don't move here!! You will regret it!! It's not worth wondering at night if your vehicle will be towed.
The apartment is nice with size the price is ok.... but horrible parking unless you have parking space in front the apartments there is no extra parking space for you or your guess so the have to park in a bank parking lot a block or two over the workers in the office didn't not tell me that when I first moved in so my friend car was towed they don't tell you that you need a wash card to wash your clothes when you first move in either. this place is really not worth it at all
The apartments themselves are nice and a good price. There is literally no parking what so ever and they also tow cars! So beware for where you or your visitors park. Just not worth it with all the other apartment rentals in Metairie.
The inside of the apartment itself is nice. It also comes with a balcony which I love. The balcony can be used to watch the sunset, get some fresh air without actually leaving your apartment, OR to watch couples get into domestic disputes in the middle of the street. The parking is fine if you never plan on having anyone visit you. Your visitors have to park around the corner on a bank lot. The office also does not feel the need to notify you when they shut the water off. But other than that its great. I really do love the space I have and its priced decently.
