Property Ratings at Preston Village Apartments
I lived here for two years. Throughout my time living here, they rotated managers and staff every few months because its is so poorly managed. I had a problem with my microwave, oven, and other appliances which took months to get replaced. They are charging over $1000 in move out fees due to their property being so outdated its falling apart so they're the fault on me. Overall, they are terrible at communicating and their emergency maintenance line is a joke and your call will not even be returned. Bug problems, disgusting pool, a closet of a gym, and many more reasons to look elsewhere.
I've lived here for almost 10 years and everytime I renew I'm glad I did. The price is good for what you get. They are doing upgrades which look really nice. Maintence is quick even when its not an emergency. I love the staff, especially Deborah. She's been super helpful anytime I have questions or need help, she always calls me back in timely manner. The complex is quiet, safe, and location is close to George Bush so getting to work is a breeze. I recommend Preston Village.

I don't live in this apartment complex but I stopped by the apartment because my car had a leak in the water tank. Went to the leasing office to ask for some water and they were super helpful. I would not be surprised if they treat their residents nicely either.
