Property Ratings at Preston Villas
Worst place I have ever lived. Misty the apartment manager could care less about anyone living here or any issues they are having with this place if it causes her to have to go out of her way. We have lived here going on 13 months (2 months left thankfuly) if you live on the first floor you can literally hear any and every sound the people above you make. The ceilings/floors are so horrible we have had pictures fall off the wall. We complained many many times about our old neighbors and all she would say is “we repaired the high traffic areas” then told me if the upstairs neighbors are loud it’s because them and not the old horrible buildings. Eventually I had to start calling the police on the neighbors because they would wake up my new born son. The police always told me why isn’t the apartment doing anything which I had no idea how to answer that. I went in to talk to misty and she told me to stop calling the police because they don’t want them to not come for something serious. Misty then told me she would list my apartment and the apartment above me as vacant so they could do the proper repairs once we move out. Well right when the people above me moved they immediately started prepping the apartment for new tenants. They had workers above us until 8:30 at night when literally had to tell them to stop because they were keeping my baby awake. Misty lied to my face multiple times. DO NOT move to this place if you are expecting a child because it is horrible and your kid will always be woken up because the walls are all paper thin. The apartment also told me they would have a dog park (which was one of the reason I moved here) in a few months, well that was 13 months ago and all they did was put a fence around half the tennis court and fill it with dirt. PSA DONT move to apartment 120 if you still decide to live here because you will go through hell living there. If you don’t have to get up early for work and your upstairs neighbors do well don’t worry it will wake you up also. In the 10 months the people above me lived there I never once got to have a good night sleep.

These apartment are so very old and overly priced. The patio is not safe,I have young kids and the can't play on there because the wood is so rottenand nails are sticking up very unsafe. I put in work order and management never puts it for the maintenance men??. Sadly I have to live here for one more year. I can't wait to find a more safe and update environment
