Property Ratings at Prime Place Lincoln - Student Apartments
The one thing I absolutely love is how easy it is for maintenance to fix my stuff. Jeremiah and Grant are the best! Love seeing the staff and friendly faces all the time
I find the staff to be very friendly and welcoming, and I enjoy being within walking distance for all of my classes! If you like football, you may enjoy being close to the UNL stadium. If not, I would say that the game nights are not as disruptive as I thought they would be: I don't really notice too much unless they shoot fireworks, and they don't shoot too many fireworks.
It’s a prime location next to the stadium. it’s a great view as well. It hurts not to have an elevator but there are more important things like convenience to campus that this place checks the box on.
Verfy nice apartment! The amenities are great and it is so close to campus. Everyone is so friendly here and pool days are awesome. They also have regular events, so it sets apart from other student living!
Good for a college apartment. Make sure to come with a list of questions otherwise, you won't get much information. They'll only tell you the positive parts of living in the complex.
I had an amazing experience living at Prime Place Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. It comes to an end for me but overall, my experience at Prime Place Apartments has been fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live. It’s truly been a wonderful place to call home.
Solid for if you are a student at UNL. The pool is not the best as it is small and in the middle of the complex where the sun rarely shines.
Loved living here the staff was very friendly and willing to assist whenever an issue would arise. Pretty fairly priced for the location and amenities on site.
It's very close to campus and is a great price for its location. Included washer/dryer and other amenities are great. Staff is very friendly and cares.
Very affordable compared to other student housing options. It only takes me 15 minutes to walk to my classes and it's so close to the Haymarket AND parking is on site so I don't need to shuttle anywhere! My room is so spacious and its so great that our utilities are covered to a certain point every month! I love the community and staff as well. I have no complaints I couldn't see myself living anywhere else.
Living here was great! The staff are all super friendly, and the maintenance team responds quickly and tries there best to help. They try their best to create a community with various resident events, and Jamie the leasing manager tries to build a relationship with the residents as much as possible. The few downsides for me are if you are a UNL student, the pedestrian bridge is a little tiring, they do not have an elevator so when you live on the fourth floor it’s definitely an adjustment walking up that many flights, and on husker football days traffic is kind of hectic and it’s loud with tailgating. It’s also in the North Bottoms, but the only crimes I’ve noticed is a couple car break ins and bike thefts. Overall I haven’t felt that unsafe as a woman, and they have cameras which definitely helps! Overall, I would recommend prime place if you need semi affordable housing for college.
It’s okay for a sophomore year in college type of place but it is definitely not staying again. Not a family place but at least it is convenient for school.
Good location, even though the neighborhood can be sketchy. The overall layout is quite nice besides the fact that there is no elevator. However very clean and very nice apartment place.
It has been a nice place to live. Good location. Friendly staff. Less expensive compared to other places but not by much anymore. Especially when it comes to amenities. The complex does not have much.
The quietest apartments in Lincoln Nebraska by far. I give Prime Place Apartments a five out of five star rating. Definitely a hidden gem and it's minutes from downtown.
Close to school, great management. Utilities are included in rent and rent is very reasonable. They accept dogs and cats and other pets with minimal fees and no deposit.
The staff is always so friendly and quick to respond with requests. I love that the parking lot is so close to the stadium and baseball field that they are within walking distance.
It was an amazing resident experience where I felt as a welcoming environment where residents feel valued and at home. I was able to build strong relationships and fostering a sense of belonging that enhances the quality of life for me and everyone within these community.
Staff is amazing and kind, always willing to chat. Residents are all kind as well. Could be a bit cleaner, but a cleaner does come on mondays
Fantastic living space, with good quality amenities that are in good condition. For a really good price, it’s easily a near perfect place to live. The proximity to campus is a super big pro and the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy but I feel safe in the building. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and all around fantastic. The apartments don’t have an elevator which is kind of a con but more leg muscle building!
Love this place so much it’s amazing staff and people maintained is on key and every thing if you move here you won’t regret it at all I recommend this place
The place is convenient to live at. The location is very good. Price is pretty high now compared to other places with much better amenities.
Very friendly roommates and respectful. Helpful staff and clean place. And always safe to live here. And if you order stuff from any place your order will be safe.
Good location, fair rates, good staff! All bills (water/internet/sewage/etc.) are included in the rate and it's pet friendly. Pretty great deal for college students and broke professionals.
Renewed my lease for the 3rd year in a row, absolutely love the community here at prime place! such a great location and even better people.
It has been a blast living here, the staff is all super friendly and there are so many amazing events that are put on throughout the month with fun prizes and delicious food!
Great view of the stadium and a decently short walk to campus for any student. Rooms are also quiet and parking is much cheaper than a lot of places I have looked at.
It’s fantastic here. Very neat and tidy space before we even moved in and it truly is a prime location. Easy access to campus and living here has made things a lot better compared to living in a dorm.
This is one of the best locations it only takes me 15 minutes to walk to my classes and it's so close to the Haymarket AND parking is on site so I don't need to shuttle anywhere! My room is so spacious and its so great that our utilities are covered to a certain point every month! I love the community and staff as well. I have no complaints I couldn't see myself living anywhere else.
The apartments made move in super easy, and they are located close to campus. The complex is also located close enough to major roads that it does not take long to get to stores like hyvee or walmart.
I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have been on the first floor and the fourth floor and both apartments were amazing and up to par. They are great on maintenance orders they always get them done when they can. They call subcontractors if they need them which they work with a lot of companies and it’s amazing. The staff is amazing and they solve problems that need to be done if dealt with, and they care for the units like their own.
So far, Prime Place has been a great experience! The doors however are sometimes tricky and hard to unlock. And given the weight of the door, if your hands are full its hard to open them since its heavy to pull if hands are holding stuff. In addition, there is no elevator, so that sucks. They do have a small gym with dumbbells and a machine for the back/arm. So it's a very small gym. There is also small yoga room too. They added more bike racks inside the apartment, so that is a good security feature! The smell of the apartments arent bad from my experience here so far! I mostly smell steak or food and occasionally smell some sort of "grass" at night through the hallways. But besides that the amenities are good! It comes with a bedframe and matress too and a couch, table, and basic things you need for ur first apartment. However, make sure to clean under the bed, because there's a lot of dust and dirt when my roommate and I lifted the bed. Overall, good experience!
Good location and the apartments are a nice size and nice quality. Nice people and a cute lobby. Parking is a reasonable price but if you are a UNL student, campus is is an easily walkable distance.
when we had problems they were taken care of asap! and the units are adorable and good for a first time apartment! they have been so good to us, happy we chose prime place!
There is a lot of issues with the apartment complex. Doors are constantly broken. Appliances and AC are typically always needed fixed. Compared to the other apartments this place is not the best. The pros are location and price.
With a bunch of friends living in the building and tons of friendly neighbors I adore prime! Never had any major issues or complaints it’s a great place
Overall, primeplace has been such a great place to reside these past two years. The tenants and staff are so friendly and the location is incredible convenient.
Pros: good location, fifteen minute walk from campus, maintenance is quick, apartments are nice. Cons: No elevators. shoddy construction means noise is an issue if you have noisy neighbors upstairs/downstairs/anywhere. My car has been vandalized twice (smashed windshield and cracked front for the worst offenders, lots of small scratches for the smaller issues) in less than six months. Because there are no cameras in the parking lot I was never able to find the person who did it. Some units are dark and get no natural light. I'm still renewing my lease because it's close and convenient, but there's room to improve.
something NEEDS to be done about parking here. other than that, I’ve enjoyed it so far. maintenance is great and jaime at the front desk is awesome. id really like an elevator please
Kind and caring environment. Very fun as well. Easy to handle situations that (rarely) appear. Very friendly. Happy to be here and to be surrounded by good people.
Amazing place to live with incredibly friendly staff who are always willing to help. Very close to campus and the stadium for game days. Decently priced as well.
My experience as a Prime Place resident has been excellent. The staff are very approachable, polite, and put their tenants first. They will answer any questions you have, no matter how basic or complex they are. Maintenance requests have always been carried out in a reasonable amount of time, and they always alert you when they're on their way and when the task is complete. Its proximity to campus and the stadium are invaluable. The only negative is the lack of an elevator but it's a worthy trade off, in my opinion.
So far I love it here! I haven’t really heard any of our neighbors after quiet hours. My only complaint is the no elevator. Those four flights weren’t fun after that heat wave
Great apartment. Probably the best location you can get, also reasonably priced. I really like how the apartment is pet friendly and has so many amenities like the pool and fitness room. Frequent resident events are also fun, like the farmer’s market.
So far so good. The staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any complications or concerns that arise. As well as being super friendly and understanding.
Living here is great! Being so close to campus for classes and definitely game day! Tailgates are just right out side and you just have to walk over the bridge to get to the games
I loved living at Prime Place, the staff there is lovely!! They were accommodating and always communicated with me the best. Jamie was amazing- she always said hi to me and I loved chatting with her.
I love the space I live in. It’s the room I wanted and it also has everything I want in an apartment. If I had to chose something that I do not like it would be how the wifi is weak and the air goes out sometimes
absolutely phenomenal (real) (i was not incentivized to do this). great apartment things and lovely living things and all the good things you would want to see.
I recently had the pleasure of residing in an apartment that surpassed all my expectations—the epitome of luxury and tranquility. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this gem of a residence provided an exceptional living experience. I would be remiss not to share my overwhelmingly positive impressions. Upon stepping foot into the apartment, I was immediately captivated by its impeccable design and attention to detail. The spacious living area boasted an abundance of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that offered panoramic views of the city skyline. The tasteful and modern furnishings perfectly complemented the open layout, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
