Review for Delaware at Primrose Apartments
I love it here! The apartments are in a great location! The apartments are close to alot of shopping area! Public transportation is available! The apartments are spacious! They have washer dryer hookups! The utilities are affordable! They have a swimming pool and a play area! I love the dog park! You will love it here!

Worst place to live EVER
They NEVER return phone calls when something breaks. Things don't get fixed at all or if by some rare chance they do it literally takes months or years. During the coldest months of this winter my daughter and I went without heat b/c they won't fix the unit. Now the A/C doesn't work so I'm guessing they won't fix that either. My front window is missing a screen that I've begged them to replace for literally 6 months. I am still without a screen. I was a victim of an domestic assault which caused some damage to one of my inside doors. They told me if I sent them a copy of the police report they would replace the door. Sent them the police report over a year ago and still no new door. My lease is up in July and I can hardly wait to move out of this nightmare they call Primrose Circle Apartments.
