The Life at Brighton Estates

It seems to be a decent place, however, some improvements could be made to make it safer.

This is a beautiful property but lacking on enforcing the rules.

From the day I viewed this Apt., it felt like home ??. I got the location I wanted, the patio I wanted. The Mngmt Team is Surperb. As long as my rent doesn't increase much, I will be here for awhile.??

The management staff is excellent and the neighbors are okay and quiet so far . Ive seen other places that get a lot of traffic in and out but thank the Lord , I haven’t seen that here ! I’ve already started telling people about these apartments .

Moved in beginning of Feb told office and maintenance, now going into April AC/Heating Still has Not Been fixed....they mark it as resolved/closed even when maintenance hasn't even showed up? But when rent is due they call you ....just something to think about....looking for property management to contact me

I recommend The Life at Brighton Estates to those that are lookling for a nice senior apartment complex.

Overall its not a bad place to live. It would be great to have a light out by the street so we can see the entrance at night. Its very dangerous at night because you cant see the entrance.

My experience, when I first walked in the door at the Brighton Estates was very pleasant. The appearance of the property looked very maintained my apartment when I moved in, was very pretty, and I appreciate them for preparing it for me because I like nice things and I would do all I can to help maintain my area to keep it clean as I possibly can Thank you very much

I was the first tenant on the property, have been a resident for eighteen (18) years, mostly to my satisfaction. As in most cases with long time residency,situation will arise that cannot be handled as rapidly as you would wish. I would still recommend this complex for residency.

Overall I have no major complaints and I love my apartment.

So far I am very happy & comfortable here. I feel pretty safe. maybe a few more extra bright lights in hallways would make us feel safer. I appreciate all the help provided by office staff. They are a great team!

I am very happy here at Brighton Estates. I have kind neighbors. It is clean and neat here in the complex.

This complex has nice floor plans and the landscaping receives routine care. Unfortunately, the infrastructure (units) needs serious improvements. The elevators in all buildings are broken too frequently.

So far I love my new home I haven't had any problems

Overall I like living at the Estate. The manager is and other members of the are very nice.

I have lived here since 2017. Had a few issues in the beginning but things have gotten so much better. Sarah, the manager is very personable.

I have been a resident at Brighton Estates for 5.5 years. Despite minor problems that has existed for me, I must say that I am enjoying living here. I am close to church, libraries, shopping centers and freeways. I believe that I will remain here until I'm called home to glory.

Trash in a lot of areas. Parking not enforced visitors park anywhere they want too.

The apartments are nice but the rent went up too high. Hopefully some how some way the rent can go back down do everyone can afford to pay their rent. Our carpets need replacing and hopefully this can be done soon. My apartment is nice and I love the floorplan.

It is not what it was when i moved in. It is all about charging more rent with doing less for residents.

The Maintenance and office personnel have all been outstanding, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

Sara, Adrianna and Elizabeth all do a great and timely job of responding to concerns and requests. Requests are completed effectively and follow ups are initiated to ensure satisfaction. All office staff is pleasant and professional. I've never had an issue with any management team member or maintenance staff.

The Life at Brighton Estates is a very good place to live. It is peaceful and quiet with friendly people to have as neighbors.

Quiet atmosphere however upkeep of property is desperately needed.

At present, I'm enjoying living at Brighton Estates for it's truly a beautiful property. The closeness to the freeways and shopping locations makes for easy access. Most of the tenants are friendly which has made my living here to be pleasant.

I have been here for almost 4 years and have not any kind of problems, enjoy the tranquility and quietest on property.

There are without a doubt improvements to be made but I would give an average rating for Life at Brighton Estates. I am hopeful that many improvements will be made now that the property is under new ownership and management.

I hate it here...for it to be a 55 and over community I see so many young people on property and the traffic that speeds through with loud music all day and all night

In 4 years this is the 5th mgmt team. My biggest issue has been effective communication. 1-3 day notice of pest control or inspection. Not all residents are retired. I, personally want to be in my unit when service is provided but I have a job and need to provide adequate advance request for time off. The so called "business" center doesn't truly serve the needs of residents. If it's there for training purposes only, then it's not a properly functioning "business center." If it's there for residents to browse and entertain themselves, then it's not a properly functioning business center. A business center should be set up to allow residents to take care of personal business matters (preparing letter documents, scanning, accessing email, printing). I realize faxing can be costly so that may not be an option. Printing can be costly but if you stipulate that residents bring their own paper and pay a nominal fee per page printed (.10 per page for black and white; .40 per page for color), this can cover the cost of ink replacement. Maybe limit who can handle the printer to minimize mis-handling of the printer. Otherwise remove that feature from the website as it falsely represents what is currently available. Revisit the parking sticker subject. There are too many conflicting rules on that subject.

Quiet and peaceful environment. Awesome and professional staff. Property is well landscaped and clean. Neighbors are friendly. Very happy to be a resident at Primrose del Sol.

Nice property however it would be better if security cameras were installed for security purposes and to monitor those who put out trash on non-trash days. Too many small children living on property for it to be a senior living facility. There needs to be better enforcement to eliminate children living on property. Teenagers living on property and some of them smoke marijuana. Kids/teenagers should be forbidden at senior living facilities unless they are visiting because it is disruptive to the resident seniors peace of mind and quietness. Cameras would make seniors feel more secure and assist management in locating those that are not following leasing/property rules. May also help in seeing who is breaking the security entrance gate. Improvement could also be made on the maintenance request level. Also the property could benefit by having a maintenance crew of at least 3 with one being skilled in air conditioning issues. It takes a while to get anything fixed and some are having to purchase their own air conditioner units while waiting on the property air conditioner to be fixed. Management is nice and professional but need get maintenance issues resolved in a better turnaround time. My parents are elderly and need issues in their apartment resolved expeditiously. Honestly, I don't blame the property management for these problems, I place on the blame on Good Harbor Management as it begins at the top.

Really looking forward to moving here. The staff was nice and the property is well kept.
