Property Ratings at Prince of Wales
I have been living at POW for 2 years. The building/apartment is charming with an updated kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Lots of windows to let sun in, which my cat loves! Property management is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend living here!
I had a very positive experience living here. Despite being right off Madison (and thus being very well-connected) the street is quiet and has a peaceful energy. My favorite memories of living in this apartment were having my window open and listening to the wind in the trees. The building is well-taken care of and Eric is a great landlord. He's friendly and approachable, and got back to me promptly whenever I had any issues. We got regular newsletters which I thought were a nice touch, and I really appreciated living in a building that had a community garden and library. The free bike storage and no pet rent was also an amazing deal for me! All the appliances worked well and I never had any issues with anything in the apartment. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to live in this area.
