Lived here for a year
These apartments are close to the University but to be honest that is the only benefit to living here. They gave me the key to move in, upon arrival I saw that it was very dirty and the tub was full of dirt. I lived in these roach-infested apartments, it was a living nightmare. They claimed they would send an exterminator but I never saw any proof of improvement. I also saw rat droppings at times. The management is very rude and passive and will make sure to keep your deposit even if you leave the place spotless.
