Hamilton Township sits on the east side of Trenton, roughly forming a triangle between the Delaware River, Mercer County Park, and the turnpike. Just over an hour’s drive from both New York City and Philadelphia, those choosing Hamilton apartments have convenient access to two of America’s most distinctive cities (rail service has made Hamilton a popular home base for commuters as well).
Hamilton is also home to one of the largest municipal parks in the state (the 350 acre Veterans Park) and borders the 2,500 acre Mercer County Park. Grounds for Sculpture on the northwest edge of the township is one of the community’s major landmarks, with dozens of works of art on display across 42 acres of parkland.

Property Ratings at Princeton Court
These are beautiful, up-to-date apartments, in a safe area. Shopping is close-by (as well as USPS & Starbucks!), and the grounds are well maintained. Jessica was very welcoming and professional, and I am thankful that she saw me on short notice. The rental application process was not long at all, and I enjoyed the warm welcome and modernized interior of the building. I would certainly recommend these apartments to family and friends.
My first time looking for an apartment and all my questions were answered clearly. Thank you for your patience and great hospitality Jessica.
i have been living here for 2 years now and i love the neighborhood. very close to everything. couple of downsides: walking distance to get your mail and do your laundry (but you'll get used to it), and unassigned parking space (other neighbors are so inconsiderate occupying the parking spot in front of your apartment despite the fact they live in farther most unit, and the visitors especially during the weekends are also inconsiderate occupying these spots. More washers and dryers would be better especially if your laundry day is every weekend where you have to compete with time availability to use the laundry (currently they have 2 washers and 2 dryers on each, stacked washer and dryer will be best to accommodate 2 more washers and 2 more dryers). I love that i have a back porch with spacious yard (plus points if you have a dog). maintenance is always available. good water pressure. i cant see myself moving soon unless i have to buy my first house.
I had the absolute pleasure of living in the Princeton Court development for just over one year with my fiancée. Sadly, we have to move closer to work... I will miss this community so much. Any time there was a maintenance issue, it was addressed the same day or within a day. Amazing service. I was never worried that something would be ignored. The maintenance staff is top notch, as is the leasing officer, Mark. The community was always clean, grounds well cared for, trash removed promptly, and no noise at all. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live within a reasonable budget!!
This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Rooms are extremely spacious with fantastic storage space. 8 mins drive to Hamilton station (3 signals away). Very well maintained by the crew and they are always on top of maintenance issues. I wish there was a Washer/ Dryer in the house ( and there is enough space for them to install one in these houses) If it had one it would have been a 5 star rating for this complex. Nevertheless laundry is available in each bldg which makes it easy, but still would have preferred one inside the house.
I live in a very beautiful park like setting which is very serene and quiet. A creek runs through the apartment complex where you can see different species of wildlife. The complex is well maintained and clean. The staff is on spot with taking care of the tenants concerns or repairs. The only downfall is there are no washers and dryers in the apartments but there is a facility at the end of every unit. In the winter with a small child that tends to be a set back.
I live in a spacious one bedroom apt. upstairs facing their beautiful grounds! I have lived here for 10 years, and never had a problem, well, maybe one small problem. Who dosen`t? I am close to everything, resturaunts, (Rossis Bar and Grill, Applebees, Joe Joes Pizzaria, shopping Shoprite, Acme, ) my pharmacy is just up the road CVS, or I can go to Wall greens, geezz, I can go on and on. My brother is handicapped, when he comes over to my apartment, he loves more than anything to ride NJ Transit, and we can get the bus right on the corner of Estates. The management is always there when i need them, they come over in less then an hour if i have any sort of problem. They allow cats, and small dogs. I have a cute cat, named him Monkey. He loves to sit on my balcony everyday to watch the birdys, and lays in the sun. Most of all the cemetery is up the road where i go to see my sister ho had passed away 4 years ago. It would be awful to move, but the rent is going up, because of the area being so good.My wish is to be able to afford my apartment, not sure of any other place suited better for me. Thank- you
It's a nice place but the rents too high. I pay it each month but after that 100 or week to live on is very hard. Please help.
The office staff is friendly & courteous. If we should call for any maintainence problems (minor) they are solved within 24 hours. The maintainence men are friendly, courteous, neat & clean up after themselves. The grounds are well kept. During inclement weather the snow is removed as quickly as possible. Living here is a pleasant experience & we would highly recommend Princeton Courts!
