Property Ratings at Princeton Gardens
Recently had a small maintenance request and I was beyond relieved to say the most on how great Sophia was. She was really nice, patient and attentive to the things I was requesting and ensured it would be taken care of promptly. The super was fast and efficient, and even Tisa from the leasing office called shortly afterward to ensure it was all taken care of in a timely manner and that I was satisfied with my service. Thank you Princeton gardens!
While a little bit pricey I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed it. The location is great and Tisa and the maintenance staff are friendly and do good work.
no parking space .. or rent if you got extra time to look for empty parking spots or extra money to keep paying for toying expenses .....

Dear Aakash, We read our reviews and take them very seriously; we are in receipt of the multiple reviews you have written and your feedback submission through our resident login page. We have addressed the parking issue with you on multiple occasions. Our community has parking rules and regulations that must be followed to ensure the safety and well-being of all the resident?s that live here. Each apartment is assigned 1 parking space. The rules are conveyed to each and every resident upon move- in. Unfortunately, you have parked in no-parking areas such as yellow zones, in front of the dumpsters and other resident?s garage spaces blocking their ability to access their garages. Dumpsters cannot be blocked because the trucks cannot get in to empty the trash. We can be sited by the health department if the trash is not removed. We stickered your vehicle with a warning and the car remained in a yellow zone for several hours after. We have given you both verbal and written warnings about the parking rules of the community. You have been provided with 1 parking spot in your building lot for your use only. There are ample open spaces throughout the community for additional parking. We kindly ask that you follow the parking guidelines to avoid having your vehicle towed. Sincerely, Princeton Gardens Management
