Property Ratings at Princeton Green Apartments
I have lived here for several years and have just been presented with a Lease Renewal Price That EXCEEDS The Advertised Price on Apartments.com. The Management Is TERRIBLE Unresponsive and They Care More about the Exterior Than The INTERIOR. The Windows and Doors Are The ORIGINAL WINDOWS From 1985 and are SHOT! They Kept Telling Me "Your On The List For Replacement" TIRED OF THE LIES! I'm NOT Renewing My Lease And Wouldn't Recommend This Place To My WORST ENEMY!

This complex is close to everything I need and the genuine kindness from the management makes it that much more pleasant to be here.
The first year (09/2015) we lived here was very nice (building 760). The people were quiet and friendly, the building cleaned every day, staff so friendly, no complaints. The second year we lived here (09/2016-09/2017) was simply Armageddon. It started off last October (10/2016) when after being away from our apartment for only two hours for dinner, we came home to find my boyfriends car had become a Boston Duck Boat in the parking lot. With a simple thunderstorm the parking lot filled with water and flooded his car up to the roof, totaling it. It got better, in January of 2017, while sitting in our living room enjoying fresh snow falling, we smelt not 'chestnuts roasting on an open fire' but instead our light switch roasting on an open fire in our wall. Building maintenance came and took a look and couldn't believe it he even FaceTime with his other manager to show him the damage. When I asked the front office to have an electrician come take a look at the wires because we didn't want to be responsible for the building burning down. I was told 'maintenance took a look at it and that should be fine'. The wires in the apartment hadn't been checked since the 80's. Oh wait there's more...while having staff check our apartment on our way out they looked at our bathroom floors (attached) and asked what happened to them, after telling them that's what they looked like when we moved in, they did apologize for them being so bad and not being replaced.. Don't' think you'll be able to open up your apartment windows or door or even stand outside on your balcony, too many spiders. Towards the end of our lease we had the divine pleasure of watching parents allow their children to pee in the drains of the pool and leave their kids 'loaded' diaper pool side. We also before leaving had the pleasure to relive our college days, by seeing throw up a few times on the front steps of the building, hearing college parties and meeting random people in the hallways who smell of weed. If you like flee markets, this might actually be the place for you. More often then not people will leave their unwanted belongings in the laundry room or even their furniture right in the lobby (attached), super classy. Don't expect to wash your clothes on Saturday or Sunday...or really any other day. They break all the time or there always taken. The maintenance guys are the BEST here and the nicest.
This is a wonderful place to live , I've been here over a year and couldn't be happier . Super clean , no problems , quiet neighbors , all the amenities you could need and want . The staff here is top notch and friendly they get things done and done right . My favorite thing of all tho lol, I'm always busy working and never home but when UPS ships my many packages the office signs for them so I can come get them in the office on my day off !! I love this place ! Top level living at a reasonable price . Thanks for reading my review Seth
My husband and I moved from California to Massachusetts in October. We did not have time to come see any properties before we moved so all of our research was done online. We found Princeton Green Apartments and instantly fell in love. The pictures on their site showed a swimming pool,a workout room/ gym, laundry room, and beautiful lobby for each of their buildings. I called and spoke to someone in their office and started the leasing process. They were friendly, knowledgable , and patient with my gazillion questions lol. We arranged a move in date and headed across the country. When we arrived everything was exactly the same as in the picture ( I was a little bit worried it wouldn't be as nice) and the left our keys and paperwork in a lockbox for us, since we knew we would be arriving after hours on a weekend. The apartment was clean and in great shape. We moved in and have been very happy. Over the last few mo tha we had a few maintenance issues that were immediately addressed or we were kept in the loop as they were working on them. Overall we love it here. The only reason we will probably leave in another year or so, is to buy a house. The rent is a little high ( but not the highest in the area) but you get what you pay for! If you are looking for an apartment in Marlborough, look no further.
