Property Ratings at Princeton Place
We didn't have any problems with the apartment or our neighbors, other than occasional noise. The office staff changed at least 5 times in the year we were there, we got charged double two different months for water and sewer with no explanation and no recourse, even though multiple residents complained, calls were not returned when we had questions, the fees were high, and the clubhouse was not finished for months after it was promised. The rent was high for the amenities provided, but the lack of response and accountability by the office staff and upper management was inexcusable. Our security deposit was returned promptly.
Been here a month the first one on my block in the 2 story 2 bedroom Havana floor plan feels like I’m on vacation everyday, when I’m home from my very busy work schedule definitely love my peace and quite and want to Thank Nuru and all the other staff with my transition they were very patient and explanatory when it was something I didn’t understand I would highly r this place Tynetta Young 5 stars
I toured this apartment community the other day and I was SO impressed. The layouts are so open and gorgeous. I love the private entrances. Pet-friendly community with lots of dogs walking around. The highway is super close too.
Excellent customer service provided with every interaction, Amanda was amazing, she was very kind and patience answered all my questions and concerns. I truly felt like she wanted to find the best place to fit my family needs. I was very impressed with how she handled my choice of preferred properties even with last minute changes. Amanda was very transparent with me, I like the way she made me aware of her going out of town, and she wouldn't be able to show me the new selected property, however she stated her colleague Destiny would be there to show the me property. I was able to stop by the property later that week, met Destiny she was very polite, and she kindly showed me the property I selected, I explained to Destiny that I applied for several other properties and have been approved, however Princeton Place is my 1st choice and I need to let other management companies know if I will go forward with signing. I explained to Destiny I submitted all necessary documents for my application and wanted to know if it was approved yet, so I can inform other management companies. Karli another property assistance kindly interpreted our conversation, and she stated that she will review all my application documents while I review the new property I selected with Destiny. I looked at the property and was very happy with my selection and went back to leasing office, spoke with Karli she stated she was still reviewing some documents, but some hasn’t loaded. Karli told me she will get an answer for me by the end of the day! Destiny called me a few hours later and told me my application was approved! I was very grateful for my overall experience, and I was able to decline other offers I had, I will be moving in soon and will leave a review about my experience going forward. So far everything is great!
NRP group is the new management. They could care less and treat us like trash. Still don’t have a screened in porch or a gym or a tennis court or any of the amenities they promised but still paying astronomical prices. Mice in the garage and backyard. They put poison out and then you have dead mice everywhere, and your dog can eat the poison because it’s in your grass and /or dead mice with poison inside of it. All units have a half size water heater. If you manage to get one that works, you only get about 5 minutes of hot water. For a family of four, that’s 83 dollars a month for a one minute shower a day. Landscaping is hay and geese poop or you might enjoy the nails laying around on the ground for your tire to eat or your foot to hug! Management is suppose to charge you for internet but somehow they still can’t figure it out and double charge you. You are also supposed to get cable included in that, but have every expectation that you will pay for cable but never get a box or have it! Come live at Princeton Place if you want to add stress to your life or if you are looking for toxic management and a toxic living environment!
Moved in new unit Nov 2022, love living here they are finishing up amenities of the property like building clubhouse however noise is very minimal! Staff is great if you ever need a maintenance request they answer attentively. I’m not sure about all the bad reviews because this place is great and my fiancé and I love living here
Website is not finished and is missing key information. Expensive fees. Overly priced and trying to sell units fast as a result. Poor customer service. Will not return call or pick up phone if help is needed.
The whole professionalism, staff, and website is not up to the standards of the community and general interaction with any potential renters. Look elsewhere in the area. There are plenty of better places!
They are new...but that doesn't excuses the poor and lacking amount of calls and help by the office. The website is ridiculously underdeveloped. Half the terms are not listed! They just want to get your money because they are horribly overpriced and desperate to get units rented.
