Hamilton is a suburban city in southeastern Ohio, about thirty miles north of Cincinnati. The community is known for wearing its colorful history on its sleeve: the Lindenwald neighborhood is designated as a National Historic District, and beautiful examples of vintage architecture are on display all over the city, from the numerous Victorian homes to the magnificent Butler County Courthouse.
While the Downtown district is a great place to enjoy breakfast at a cozy café or have a locally-brewed pint while taking in views of the river, the city also features a large cluster of shopping centers on the northwest side of town, offering everything from grocers to hardware stores to the local multiplex movie theater. The diverse rental market features a broad range of apartments, condos, and houses, with options to suit any taste or budget.

Property Ratings at Princeton Square Apartments
Look some where else. I don't even know where to start. They rises the rent every year, you pay your rent and they supposedly give to somebody else even that your monet order have your whole address on it, and because of that they put a eviction on your record. You guys don't even want to know about the roaches. Don't even count on having whatever they will cut it off without letting you know And when you call is always a Emergency.
I lived there for 2 years and when I moved out was charged for things that weren't complete on my move in move out check list. The building isn't secured like they said it was suppose to be. When it rained the front of my building had no drainage so the water would pull right in front of door and you either walk thru the water or thru the mud to get into the building. The front door of the building was busted off and it took three weeks to fix. The door just hung in the door way. When i called management and told them tbey said they would get to it and they did 3 weeks later. My bathroom leaked multiple times and they never fixed the ceiling. I had a spider problem when I first moved in and their solution was to caulk the outlet cover so they couldn't get in anymore. The laundry room, in 2 years leaked the whole time. And smelled horrible. Pot holes in the parking lot could eat a car. The roof is falling apart and my biggest issue was the leaving notes at 5p the night before that someone would be thru my apartment, I needed to get keys for the secured front door or I wasn't allowed to park in certain spots because of 1 reason or another
DISGUSTING! I moved in October 1st(6days ago) and already have seen 7 roaches!!! That to me is enough said. I'm scared to even move the rest of my things in. Don't take the risk. Also even corporate does not care. I was told by Julie that I am "taking it to far over a few bugs". Also I asked before signing if they had any and was told NO! Do not sign anything with these people. I recommend this apartment complex to no one. Very disgusting to move into a new home, new chapter and find out the complex is infested with cockroaches. DO NOT TAKE THIS RISK. I wish I would've known but clearly the leasing office or corporate does not care since they aren't the ones who have to live the
When they say they have laundry facilities on site you would think that they would be reasonable. The "laundry facility" is located in the basement of an apartment complex and is awful. There is mold, dust, spiders etc. along with all kinds of bugs. The actual apartment had mold on the ceilings and took the maintenance forever to come look at it, even then he said he would just paint over it for the next people. The plumbing system was beyond annoying, there was always something backing up. They say they only allow 1 pet but there were easily 3 dogs in one apartment that were considered "dangerous breeds" and the owners let them fly up and down the stairs when they let them out without a leash. Such a waste of time, the manager and workers in the office are very rude and unconcerned about the apartment. When you first move in they are friendly until there is an issue.
Princeton Square apartments are great for young families and young adults. They are great first apartments or even good for people on a budget. We pay 530 a month plus utilities, and it's a nice neighborhood as apposed to much of Hamilton. Cheap but nice, that's the way to do. It's also right off the highway so you can get anywhere you want, fast.
These apartments are overpriced for what they are. The only redeeming qualities are that they make reasonable attempts to clear the parking lot of snow in the winter, and any issues we had with maintenance were usually addressed same day. These apartments are between the highway and Princeton so there is constant traffic. If you have your windows open, you will definitely smell the car exhaust. Noise comes in through AC units. The lock on my door looks like it's been replaced after the door was kicked in and they never replaced the door. So there's a noticeable gap between the door and the floor. I don't doubt there's bed bugs even though I've not got them in my unit. Apparently someone was stabbed here this year and last year someone set the dumpster on fire. I'm still alive but I do not recommend this place. For the same price move somewhere nicer and safer in Fairfield.
