Midtown Baltimore encompasses a number of distinct urban neighborhoods in the heart of the city. Madison Park, Bolton Hill, Mid-Town Belvedere, and Mount Vernon all fall under the umbrella of the “Midtown” moniker. This bustling arts center is bolstered by the University at Baltimore and the Maryland Institute College of Art. After work or school, locals enjoy riding their bikes through Pearlstone Park, which is in walking distance of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
Because of its walkability, you can easily access the plentiful bars and restaurants from your apartment. The Brewer’s Art brewpub has an excellent selection of homemade Belgian-style beers and fabulous food items. Whether it’s getting to work or class on time, residents are relieved they live so close to Interstate 83 and MTA stations for an easy commute.

Property Ratings at Printers Square Apartments
The management company here is very unprofessional. I called and emailed for the better part of a week to have a look at the unit. To no avail, So I decided to take the drive from DC to the property to visit the leasing office (surely they will be there and open. They are trying to fill vacancies). However after arriving at the property I and a few other people quickly realized they were closed. So while there I tried to reach out several more times to management and even tried to contact maintenance (still haven't heard back from maintenance yet. At the time of this post) to no avail. Finally before leaving I decided to try and call one of their other locations leasing office. I managed to speak to someone who informed me that I needed to make an appointment to see said property. I informed her that I have been contacting them for the better part of a week and have not received a reply. So I decided to take initiative and visit. She informed me that even though I drove there from DC that wouldn't be possible and that I needed to schedule an appointment. So reluctantly I did, For 10am the following morning. Long story short the following morning. Leasing office locked and property management was a no show. I tried to call the extension of the property for which I spoke with the day prior only to get the voicemail. And I know for a fact that my appointment was scheduled because the day before a guy from management called me when I left to inform me he would be the one meeting the next day and that he had taking a late lunch.. However he never showed up for the scheduled appointment nor made any type of contact to reschedule or even apologize..Very Very unprofessional for a Management Company
Avoid this place at all costs! Shoddy construction and temperamental management is just the beginning. During heavy rainfall expect water entering your apartment through the vents. The walls are paper thin, expect to hear your neighbor and the tenant above you urinating. The fitness equipment is outdated and in disrepair. Maintenance crew turnover occurs monthly. You’ll never know who’s entering your apartment. Furthermore, routine maintenance is largely inconsistent and poorly executed. Cigarette smoking is tolerated in what management advertises as a “non-smoking property.” Rental office staff is grossly unprofessional and nasty. The gossip spilling out of the rental office is shameless. Confidential tenant information is regularly passed around amongst staff and tenants. In summary, stay away from this building! I only gave the one star to activate this post. This property and it’s management company doesn’t deserve it.
