Prinwood Place

Very nice staff. Neighbors are friendly. Prinwood is a clean and quiet place for my children and I to live. Also not too far from their school.

only have been here for a few days but love the quiet and nice atmosphere! the neighbors are nice, the apartments are so spacious and the little play ground for the kids is so cute!

Great place to live. It is quiet and the homes are nice and well maintained as well as the grounds. Rent is a bit high but that is everywhere now. If I had one wish, I would love to see rent prices come down. Overall, this is a great place to live and a wonderful community.

Overall good experience living here at Prinwood. It is safe and quiet. Best part is it is pet friendly. Staff is friendly. Mantinence is very quick at addressing any issues.

Nice Amenities, Great Staff and Support staff. Clean grounds. The staff really appreciate the community. There is plenty of things for all ages here.

Appliances are out dated, windows are very crappy. You can feel the coming through the windows and can hear neighbors taking outside. Air flow isn’t good. No matter what you do there’s so much dust in the air, you get splintered from the cabinets if your not careful, there not any storage, neighbors do not anything about person space. Rent is way over priced for these townhomes

I have been in my townhome for 5 days and absolutely love it here! The office staff is wonderful to work with and made my move in process super easy. The townhouse is beautifully laid out and very clean. The Prinwood community is clean, quiet and peaceful yet you are close to shopping and restaurants. Love it!

It is so quiet and peaceful here! My neighbors are very nice and friendly. The property manager and staff were wonderful and accommodating at helping me get my lease going quickly and answering all my questions. My townhouse is beautiful and laid out perfectly! So glad I made the move to Prinwood Place!

I like the leasing agent in the office! She is nice and listens and I appreciate that! The maintenance guys are quick to get the job done! I love the and how close it is to everything and to my job!

I have only been living here for a day, but hear me out... This community is awesome. Prinwood is a very nice residential area, all residents I have met thus far have been incredibly kind and ready to help with move-in and feeling at home. The leasing office have also been very helpful in making sure everything I needed was set up and ready to go when I got here. Awesome place to live!

The office staff is pretty good but I have had lots of maintenance issues since moving in here. That is really all I can say about this community I was hoping for better

Great area, close to highways and stores! Main floor not very well insulated! Cold drafts come in the winter time! Maintenance guys are friendly and respond to requests in a timely manner!

I would never recommend this place! The only good thing is maintenance man Jeff, this is the truth! The pool you can’t ever get a key it is a lot to pay here for nothing

Everything has been very good living here. If we have questions about community notes it's easy to call and get clarification. We have space for all of our needs and hobbies. Dog friendly, helpful staff, makes for a good place to live

It was a super easy move in process, i like the washer and dryer being in there. Clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Life is great at Prinwood, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, just off the main roads and close to a lot of shopping/recreation. Maintenance responds timely to concerns. Kids need more playspace so they can safely play and ride bikes out of the parking lot.

Community is very well maintained! Staff goes above and beyond! The apartments are spacious and well set up. Happy to be in such a quiet nice space.

From our first inquiry to moving day, their professionalism and helpfulness made the entire process stress free. They were organized, well-prepared, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The townhouse itself is cozy and well-maintained, situated in a great location. We’re grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this property for a positive living experience.

I like where I live. I was not given the correct unit. It’s not the unit I want. I showed proof they gave me the wrong unit and all I hear is that they’re sorry for the miscommunication, here’s a gift card for moving into a dirty apartment that you didn’t choose. The gift card didn’t even cover the cleaning fee. It’s clear they don’t care about their residents. So disappointed!

It is very expensive to live here, nothing is cheap here! However the parking lot is like a race track it is awful they won’t anything about it! Maintenance man Jeff is wonderful gets the job done!

So far everything is good. Furnace wasn't working when I moved in but the maintenance men were quick to come and fix it. Only been living here under a week.

Today I was supposed to move in my apartment was flooded everywhere. I was unable to move in for 2 days but was compensated for nothing. I will now have a higher electric bill from all the fans that are running in my apartment so far this has cost me nothing but extra money

Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and dog friendly. The townhomes are comfortable, maintenance is always prompt, knowledgeable, and very nice.

I wish I found this place when I first moved to west Michigan. I would’ve moved here first. I lived at 2 other places before here and they were alright. But this place is better than alright. I enjoy living here.

Quiet, friendly staff, clean neighborhood, would recommend to my friends and family to come and stay here as this is a great place to live. Even with the road near us we do not hear the traffic much at all.

Prinwood is the nicest place I have lived since moving to portage in 2019. I don’t think I’d choose any other place to rent at. It’s close enough to everything but not too close.

It has been a great experience staying here. I haven’t lived anywhere so pleasant before! Leasing Office staff have been great as well as the Maintenance team. The townhomes themselves are VERY spacious and have been well cared for and the best part is having in-unit laundry. Everyone is neighborly and the noise levels are very minimal. I just simply love living here.

Things here are great the community is neatly taken care of and the amenities are very nice. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. They come with so much cabinetry space.

Great place to live, great location, lots of families live here. Great staff. No garbage disposal in kitchen, but in unit laundry is a blessing to have.

I love the area and how close we are to everything! Neighbors are friendly! I enjoy seeing the dogs who walk around the pet walk area! They are so well behaved and rarely bark.

Garages are large 1 stall and priced cheaper than a storage unit. All of the staff is great. Great place to live. Close to parks including Kalamazoo County and Portage parks.

I love the complex! Overall, my experience has been great. Renee in the office is so nice and efficient. My only issue is the dumpster is so far away from my apartment.

Friendly neighbors and quiet! Not happy about construction across the street! They are very loud at times especially early in the morning! Still waiting to hear from the corporate manager on all the messes and mishaps of my apt when we moved in! Apartment was not cleaned properly when finished and should have been checked by manager prior to moving in!! We had loss of food due to fridge not working, Dishwasher with standing water all weekend and thank goodness that was replaced! I have never experienced anything like this before! I like the area and how close we are to everything! I was disappointed in the delay of moving time, had to wait 4 1/2 hours due to professional cleaners not showing up in the morning! It was chaos! Thankful that some things got fixed, but still waiting on the rest!

Leasing office staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff are great and take care of issues promptly. Garages available for an additional amount. Waiting list to get a garage but worth it in the long run-much cheaper than a storage unit.

Love this community! Quick maintenance, beautiful and safe area, very spacious homes. It's perfect for small families, and i always recommend it to people.

Living here has been great! And Rene the manager has been awesome she's patient,hard working and extremely helpful. And the maintenance guys are so helpful and so nice. If I need anything they are there. Over all I like it here

I moved in May and I love it here. It is so nice my daughter feels safe. I love how everyone is friendly. My Dog is doing great. I have told my family and friends all about this place.
