Property Ratings at Prism
I made an appointment to tour Prism about a week before I was going to be in the area to see it. When I first called the leasing office no one picked up, but someone from the property called me back in 10-15 minutes to schedule a tour. The day of my tour I attempt to call their office multiple times and get no response so I take the risk and head the apartment anyway. I end up using the call box multiple times and get no response. I waited around for an HOUR before giving up. If management cannot even abide by a scheduled tour or bother to pick up then this is not a place I want to live

I drove all the way from Kent to tour this property an when I got there the office was closed. I did call many times but nobody answer. It was Friday Feb 4 at 2:30. I come back at 4 and still nobody there. Why is office open online but not when I get there

I am super disappointed with my experience here. The building is nice but my bike got stolen with a lock in the bike room on 12/13/2021 and I didn't get any notification about the break-in. The manager Shelby handled this situation poorly. She didn't let the resident know the bikes were gone and the footage was erased when I found my bike is gone.

Noise problem with upstairs neighbor because of the thin wall and floor. FYI do not want any help from management. They would not do anything for you.

Office mgmt is so sweet, lots of natural light, beautiful appliances, brand new apartments, Amazon hub lockers...only gripe is that there is no fitness room! There is a huge space that has a bunch of bike racks, seems that they could have put some fitness equipment there.
