This place is beautiful and well kept, and the location is perfect! Front desk staff and maintenance are friendly, helpful, and timely. Would recommend to friends!
Front staff is very nice and helpful. Dog friendly and upper level student house. Much better management than many of the surrounding college housing situations.
Feels like a prison with gray walls and not windows in the hallways. Absolutely no help with any maintenance problems or questions. All amenities closes due to Covid but don't expect any reduction in rent. Be prepared to pay for normal wear-and-tear when you move out.
Progress is one of the more expensive student apartments. Unfortunately, the quality of service and living conditions you get does not match the price. For starters, this place has a ton of drug activity going on here, as well as theft, and even assaults. The cops are here almost every weekend. They advertise that safety is a priority for their residents, but in the lease you sign with them, they absolve themselves of any responsibility to the safety of residents. This is because they know how bad it is here. Noise is very loud, your safety is not guaranteed, and management is almost impossible to get in touch with. Please look elsewhere if you're looking for a decent apartment as a student.
The leases here are atrocious. There is so much crime that occurs here routinely. Cops are at the property every weekend, and management does nothing about it. I would recommend looking at some different apartments

Progress is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Wilmington. The office staff works hard to keep their residents happy. Daniel is always super helpful and super sweet. He knows everyone by name, which makes me feel at home since I do not know many people. They are always on top of everything and are always there if a resident needs something. This wonderful apartment complex contains a pool, hammocks, 24-hour gym, study lounge, dog park, and more. As a resident of Progress 910, you also have the option to take the bus, drive, or bike to campus. This apartment offers so much to their residents and I am so blessed to be a part of the Live Different community.

Move in day- roaches in outlets common area bedrooms. Calls to management emails - keep being told they will take care of it - 4 days later nothing. Management isn’t in on Saturday - but nothing happened Wednesday Thursday or Friday either
