This community is absolutely wonderful. Office and Maintenance staff are the most friendly bunch. Requests are completed quickly, no matter what the issue is. Office never takes more than a day to get back to you about any concerns. I live in a two bedroom model, and the usage of space is perfect. Grounds are kept clean, and the neighborhood is not awfully loud or rowdy like other places I have lived. We have a great community of neighbors, so come be one yourself!

Our family of 4 has lived here for over 3 years now, and we love it. The area is amazing and quiet, the residents are all respectful and quiet as well. We started out in a 2 bedroom, and upgraded to a 3 bed room townhouse with a backyard for our dogs and kids to play in and we absolutely love it here.

We had to leave our rental home. Sold so we decided to downsize. Here are the Pro's after almost a month here. 1. location location location. Everything we need in 6 miles. 2. Well kept grounds and buildings. 3. Management staff polite, knowledgeable and responses good. 4. Condition of the 4 bedroom was above average and clean. 5. We have had several calls to resolve maintenance issues. Dennis and his staff know how to fix things quickly. Keith and Luis were just here on a fan and small water leaks. Same day. 6. 2 pools, exercise and fitness room are clean and secure. My wife and I are happy to be here. Stan

Do not rent here! Every neighbor i had for 2 years blasted music above me and next door. The staff is nice until they aren't, I had a staffer get very rude with my after I called her out on a lie about available apartments. They also agreed to waive my pet fee when I moved in as an incentive and then over a year later charged me the fee and the monthly reoccurring fee claiming they had no records. They are now 9 months after I moved out trying to get me to pay a $25 cleaning charge. All while their employees claim they can't help me cause it all comes from corporate. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live.
We really like this complex, the girls in the office are always really friendly and helpful. Any time we’ve needed something fixed a maintenance person comes really quickly. Overall very happy, we love our home!

I toured with a friend and although I'm not looking to move myself I loved their apartments. My friend rented a 4 bedroom townhome, but they also have 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms available depending on what you need. They have a washer and dryer which is awesome! They also have 2 pools and a huge dog park. Great option!

Dishonest staff. Made it seem like they would allow me to view a townhome before I signed the lease after I gave them a holding deposit and application fee. After they received both they changed their tune and only sent me pictures of apartments. They said it is against their policy to show anyone a property that is not ready made but it states clearly in their lease that I am not to sign the lease until I have examined the property.
This community has just renovated everything! The apartments are no longer outdated. I LOVE my new home. The location is near everything and for the price you can't find better in this area. The manager Charlotte and Takarra were very pleasant to deal with and I plan on making this my home for a while!!
This complex has constant management turnovers, the do a lot of talking but no action when it comes to actual issues existing tenants have. It seems to me that once they bait you in with the surface and lies they then could care less how you fair once you sign that contract. You can inform them of an issue repeatedly but they fail to ever fix it. For example, the community washer and dryers are constantly broken yet they are very very slow to repair them! The grounds keepers do a poor job at best AND make a mess of renters patios which is then your responsibility to clean up. Recently they have been doing remodels which is nice BUT noisy and dirty. Additionally if you are currently a renter they expect your to move if you want an update apartment. It's not that easy to just change apartments! Moving is a process whether it's across the walk or across the country! They also offer zero assistance in the moving process! Additionally I see the rent for a one bedroom is listed at $719 yet i was quoted $859 if I wanted to renew....on a very very very outdated apartment. Once you look beneathe the surface here you will see the true colors.....the grass isn't so green here! I will be moving to an updated apartment for sure once my lease is up! However, it will not be within this complex!
ive been here for 2 years before all the renovations .. . I had amazing neighbors but the management raised the rent so little by little all my amazing neighbors moved out it seems they rent to ANYONE my new neighbors are young and smoke weed ALL THE TIME I cant even have my windows open because my whole apartment will smell like it its so annoying I already filed a complaint but these kids still do it and by the way every time I walk in the office there's new faces I never know whos who and they are so rude ! definitely moving out very soon ! rents ridiculous , bums always digging through trash ,and weed smell throughout !

I moved in almost two years ago. The company then sold the place to the currant company. The rents are going up and their out of control. This company upgraded a lot of things so they to could sell it. They upgrade the apartments as people move out. If you already live here you are out of luck on upgrades. Many people have moves out, I will probably join that list.
So, I've been here coming close to a year. When I first got here, the qualification & approval process was horrible. They had issues with credit verification and my workplace history so I had to spend hours doing a ton of footwork just to live here. When I FINALLY moved in, I was pretty disappointed. They told me they were doing renovations, and that the apartment I had would be one of the redone ones. It was hardly redone. Wasn't horrible looking, but not what I was shown. Not to mention it was significantly smaller that the model I was shown. I've had some issues with the maintenance, since it was due to be redone and never was, but the maintenance men are a gem to work with. Overall, it's a quiet neighborhood, until school is out. But kids will be kids so that's not an issue. I've never had an issue with the residents, everyone that lives here is polite, it feels like you're in Prescott a little. Everyone picks up after their pet so there's no lingering poo smell. If you're just starting out and don't have much to complain about, I'd recommend this place. The neighborhood is nice, so are the residents and maintenance men. Management, however, have a bit of an attitude and can be rude or condescending (Except for Chole). But I'm not bothered by it, karma will work itself out and all.
