Property Ratings at Promenade at Town Center
Living here has been an absolute nightmare. The amount of noise is unbearable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. People play loud music every single night, and despite filing multiple complaints with management, nothing has been done to address the issue. It’s clear they just don’t care. On top of that, there’s no secure place for packages to be delivered, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Homeless individuals often sleep under the staircases at night, and management does nothing about it, leaving residents feeling unsafe. Maintenance is just as unresponsive. If one of your appliances breaks, don’t expect it to get fixed anytime soon—if at all. To make matters worse, the mailboxes are constantly being broken into, so good luck receiving your mail safely. The increase in police activity in the area has only added to the unease. It’s hard to feel comfortable or safe when this is happening so frequently. I absolutely cannot wait for my leasing agreement to be over so I can move out of here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the money or stress.
Twice I lived at this location before I bought a home. I loved living here! Not only did I love living here for the pool, gym and walking access to shopping and restaurants, but the access the freeway was close and mall was in walking distance as well. It was perfect! I never had any problems with management, they were always efficient and supportive.
Great apartment with lots of personal space. Great floor plan and plenty of amenities like two pools and jacuzzis maintained well. Exterior and all the grounds are maintained well. Property also provides play area for pets and their humans to interact Close proximity to the 5 freeway as well as to a major Southern California attraction just down the street. Plenty of great shopping and dining facilities within a couple of blocks from my home. All-in-all I'm glad that I found my residence through the help of Apartment.com website
This apartment complex is a really good find. It is near the mall, several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It is also located within 5 miles of the freeway and is very well connected to main streets for the city, making getting around pretty easy. For the apartments in the area, it was the best priced while still offering a lot of great features. There are the occasional food trucks that stop by the leasing office during the week and there is common presence of security patrolling the complex day in and day out, which adds to the feeling of comfort for the area.
I love the Town Center Apartments. They are on the pricier side, but you are paying for both location and high quality apartments. They are within delivery distance of a ton of restaurants, which is a huge perk in my eyes. But, beyond that, the staff in the leasing office are always extremely welcoming and know me and my husband by name. The pool and gym are consistently clean and well kept. They are very prompt with repairs, and they always let us know if there is an issue in the surrounding area (for example, they promptly let us know when a crime occurred near the apartments so that we were aware). Further, the leasing office is always open when it says it should be open (I've had bad experiences with apartments in the past where leasing office staff would show up to work half an hour late, and leave half an hour early, making picking up packages impossible for anyone with a 9-5 job). Essentially, I recommend Town Center Apartments to anyone who'll listen.
Enjoyed living at the Promenade Apts for the last 8 years. Great gym, pools, dog park, close to restaurants and shops( within walking distance). Management does a great job.
Parking is horrible my apartment is in front of garages and the people slam the door all night all day to the point where my glasses are shaking out of my cabinet , there's no sunlight that comes into my apartment at all on my plants that died it's time to leave .
Has Changed A lot.Not Worth What They Charge In Rent.Homeless Have Taken Over And Trespass.Dog Waste All Over Premises And Noisy Neighbors.
Living in the Towncenter Apartments has been a dream. First of all my 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartments is very spacious and extremely cozy. The kitchen has more storage space than I know what do with. WE all know that is something rare or an apartment kitchen. The living room is perfect for the entertaining. The dinning is sectioned off from the living room. This is a plus because then people aren't all talking over each other or feel like they are in someone else space. The bedrooms are very spacious. The master bedroom has a HUGE walk in closet with two huge cabinets for storage. The bathroom has a great Jack and Jill sink. So with two people getting ready you feel cramped. The other two bedrooms have great space and the closet or awesome as well. We have an in unit washer and drier and that makes everything so much easier. I have never lived in a place that has so much space and so much storage. Our patios even have two outside closets. Best place for roommates or even small family. You will never feel cramped. We are also located right in the center of town. It is a two-minute drive to the freeway. We are a simple 10-minute walk to the mall, which has great shopping and great dinning. We are also located right behind a shopping center. There is separate entrance for apartment apart from the shopping center that is great. But having a grocery store, a coffee shop, multi restaurants and bank in my backyard has made running errands so much simpler. We have a great pool and spa. They also have an outdoor BBQ that is open for any and all apartment renters to use. Along with a movie theater, clubhouse room and a gym. The gym is kind of small, that would be my only complaint. We are right next to the bike baths that extend all around Santa Clarita. People are on them all the time so there is no question about safety. They office staff is great! They know us by name and even intricate with when we are out and about. That really is a nice feeling to know that the leasing office is personable with their tenants. Plus it makes getting questions answer so much easier. They are well knowledge and very helpful. We are like a little community around here. WE just started having Food Truck Wednesday where multiple different food trucks come twice a month and it really brings the community out. That is fun to get to know the people you live around. I love living here. It was a great choice!
